why not to show how flexible it is.. the sole looks thick, but the actual shoe is very flexible! I have those as well

@@Canis_Pugnax , I did not do running in them, only indoor exercise . They seem quite sturdy and cushioned well enough , but not too soft
Have you try for squat and deadlift ?
@@fajardwisantoso6245 , yes, the are very stable for those exercises . The sole provided good stability , has nice grip and is not flimsy
