    First of all, thank you for the video - it's very useful. I have two questions:
    1. How long is the rest between two sets and between exercises?
    2. Is it approrpriate to make stretching exercises before or after your core exercises?

    Can you give a plan of incremental upgrades? What should someone who is in pretty good shape start with

      Hey Josh
      3 sets of each.
      Deadbugs - 50 reps
      Plank - 1 minute per variation
      Shoulder taps x50
      Side plank - 1 minute per variation
      Glute Bridge x 20
