Swap to a 30 amp mini fuse, did that and worked great for a year! Just did it today and I had forgot which fuse it was and ran across my own video hopefully it works for y’all, will turn notifications on and if any problems pop up I’ll try and post about it, thank y’all!

I've pulled 3 30a fuses well they are bigger than the fuse he pulled. I've got 3 boxes and I've got at least 9 20a fuses and i have no idea what fuse to actually pull out. I've looked at my manual and the inside of the fuse boxes but idk what dose I'm looking for, can someone, anyone answer what the fuse should say? I've already unhooked the positive cable and that didn't work, now i see one that said unhook the negative battery cables, but this would be easier if it was a fuse. I even put the car in reverse and hot my onstar but it didn't help bc the call ended because i can't hear them and they can't hear me. So if anyone can tell me what I'm looking for that would be great.
We have the same problem on a 2010 but there’s no fuse panel on the side like that. Is the panel in the middle by the passenger side feet the same thing?
All my car sounds are very faint for example the turn signal or seatbelt or the door being open. The radio works but has a terrifying screeching noise in it and the radio on max volume sounds like 10
It’s in the engine compartment. 15amp blue fuse. Mine did this and I been reseating it for an year. Maybe switch the 15 for a 20 then later to a 30amp?? Idk.. but it’s annoying.
Im having this problem i put a new battery, unplug the battery to reset my truck i pull out the fuse put it back in same thing my radio is not working sometimes it goes on by himself then when I shutdown my truck and turned it back on radio won’t work again😪 any ideas
did you find the problem yet? i have the same issue. sometimes it takes 5 minutes to come on. it all started with the clock not keeping time and it will only keep it like every 100 starts. sometimes i lose the presets for the radio. it's driving me crazy. i have been researching for weeks
@@kenshimink8246 i thought it was the HMI under the dash so i spoke to a company called Infotainment. I described my problem and they also said it sounded like the HMI so i ordered one. I put it in and didn’t solve my issues. I then disconnected the negative terminal on the battery for about 5 minutes to reset the truck’s computer. It’s been a few weeks now and everything seems to be working. I disconnected the positive terminal before and it did nothing. Be sure to try the negative terminal.
@@kenshimink8246 well guess what happened today. All black screen with no sound. I’ll disconnect the negative terminal again later and see what happens. Ugghh
It’s the factory amplifier, it’s a common failure. Took me a lot of headache to figure out! Hope it’s your issue as well and helped , even though this comment is a year old better late than never lol
I appreciate you! I pulled the fuse, put it back in and sure enough everything comes back up. Weird. Mine was a 14 Sierra.

What fuse was it same problem on 2009 buick Enclave. Happened after going through ccar wash.
You have a bad ground wire....it will do it again until you tighten up the ground wire on the chassie of the vehicle.

What about instead of no sound im only hearing static for both the radio and blinker sound.

Yes everyone’s vehicle will have one. I used to have a mini van that the fuses were in the trunk haha
I also have no turn signal sound, I've got a loud popping coming through my speakers, nothing works on the radio.

this is happening to me right now 😭 it goes in and out .. sometimes i’ll get sound back. i’ve read it could be a loose fuse but who knows

At the expensive of the radio you can have that.
I did this and it worked. The next day I lost sound again and the fuse trick would not work again.

As far as I know that means your battery is going to die so we replace it soon and you will not have this problem as some other CZcamsrs said
I bought a brand new battery nothing changed!!
My battery is new as well and still has the same issue, unless my alternator is going bad
