Well, Yes. Recent studies have shown that using digital devices (mobile phones, television sets, and video games) for extended periods of time, can increase the risk of myopia (nearsightedness), especially among children.
To control myopia in children, we advise parents to limit unnecessary screen time and increase outdoor playtime. Encourage them to do outdoor activities so they can get the necessary sun exposure.

Well, अक्सर मेरे patients मेरे से पूछते हैं कि "डॉक्टर साहब, क्या मोबाइल फोन, कंप्यूटर, लैपटॉप को use करने से आंख में चश्मे का नंबर आ सकता है?
Well, ये बात बिल्कुल सही है और एक नहीं, कई सारी research में ऐसा पता लगा है कि अगर आप लंबे समय तक नजदीक का काम करते हैं, मोबाइल फोन, कंप्यूटर, लैपटॉप पर लगे रहते हैं, तो आंख में minus (-) के चश्मे का नंबर या Myopia आ सकता है। Especially ये ज्यादा important हो जाती है बच्चों में जिनकी उम्र 18 साल से कम है अगर वो लंबे समय तक मोबाइल फोन कंप्यूटर पे लगे रहें, तो उनकी आंखों में तो बहुत high chance होता है चश्मे के नंबर आने का।
इसीलिए हम लोग parents को भी यह सलाह देते हैं कि बच्चों की आंखों में चश्मा ना चढ़े इसलिए उनके मोबाइल फोन, कंप्यूटर को दो से तीन घंटे पर limit करें। बच्चों को encourage करें कि वो बाहर जाके Outdoor Activities करें और उनको कम से कम दिन के 2 घंटे का सूरज का या sun का exposer दें जिससे आंखों में चश्मे का नंबर नहीं आए।

Chasme ka number apne aap he stable hota h, isko stable karne ke liye koi medicine nahi hoti.
Usually, 18-21 saal ki umar tak chasme ka number STABLE ho jata hai.
Pr kuch logo ka number 25 saal ki umar tak bhi stable NAHI hota.
Aapko apna chasma regularly use karna chaeye aur har 6 months me ek routine eye test karana chaeye ache eye hospital me.
