    friend . I personally love your videos. because you are very good with the short and long hirizontal minarelli engines and with the mentioned clones ... I ask you please to activate the app to subtitles in Spanish of Spain. thank you very much. ....

      I turned it on to add Spanish subtitles, but it says I have to upload them. I only speak English. I turned on community contributions though, so if anyone speaks another language I think they can help.

    Just for fun.Following up my blinker problem,after changing parts worth tha new v-clic.I got a used speedometer from ebay uk,and the fuel meter has changed behaviour,and use 1 second,compare to 5sec.I suspect the tank fuel measure,because its on the ground wiring.Its not changed.I also used a diode-front light,wich had serious ripples,blinking 10 times pr second.So 1 component,or several,has changed behaviour in the ground circuit.A 0.2mm copper wire.An industrial el-circuit would had to be removed and replaced for any amount of money,impossible to repair.

    Hi,excellent video and very good description,i would like to ask you a question,when you find that there is 3 degrees gap in the begining why you don't devide the 3 degrees and just split before and after the 0 as it happens eventually at the end?For example my piston stops moving at -1 btdc and starts again at 2,5 atdc if i set the needle at 0,75 degrees it will be the true tdc?Thanks a lot and greetings from Greece!

      @49ccscoot  Před 2 lety +1

      It would likely be close or close enough, and you can still go back and forth with the degree wheel and keep trying to make sure it's centered... but a piston stop is a sure way to dial it in and it's very easy when you're used to it.

    At what point does being off damage the engine? In other words, if you were replacing timing chain on a V6 and were off by say 1 degree, would that be catastrophic? What if you were off by 3 degrees? Just curious, thanks for the great video.

    • @49ccscoot
      @49ccscoot  Před 4 měsíci +1

      That would depend on the application. In some racing applications where everything counts, a degree may be a real problem. If you're just aligning a couple of timing marks, a few degrees may not be a big deal. That said, I would always aim for accuracy. There will pretty much always be some error, but it's not tough to get within a degree or less and that's fine in most cases.

    Sir ji my farm truck 60 model 2005, whose diesel number is 119 will be at what degree its tdc and how much mm its tapet size will be, sir

    • @49ccscoot
      @49ccscoot  Před 4 lety

      Sorry, but I don't know much about diesels and especially specifics. That said, TDC is setup at 0 degrees on a degree wheel or 0mm on an indicator.
