      Hit F12 for Save As and choose the PDF file format. You can see me do that in PowerPoint in this video (it works across the MS Office Suite): czcams.com/video/jrtOh4Oo2p0/video.html

    Is the a way u can show this in mobile bc I'm lost??

      I don't believe you get the same options on mobile, as you do with the desktop version of PowerPoint. The desktop version always has more options.

    How would I do the opposite of this? I have 4 slides on on 1 page but I wanna change it to 1 slide per page

    • @Nutsandboltsspeedtraining

      After you hit Ctrl + P for print, open the Print Layout options. That is where you can select how many slides you want to print on a page.

    Can this be done through smart phone

    • @Nutsandboltsspeedtraining
      @Nutsandboltsspeedtraining  Před 9 měsíci

      Mmmmmmm... My guess is not. For everything that smartphones can do, they usually have a limited number of options compared to using a computer.

    My PP must be older then this. 🤦🏽‍♂️ I don’t have those print options

      That is a bummer... at least you know that they will be there when you get an updated version. When the time comes, I recommend Microsoft 365, as it gives you all the updates as they come out (which is currently at a monthly basis now).
