Great instruction Thank you. I could finally fix one particular damper. It sounds good now. But just to be sure: if the damper lift far too late, with the tool i block the wire, and with the fingers i should push slightly towards me the head of the damper?
the dampers on my upright piano are very havy, is there a way to ease the risistance with them. my tech thinks the key weight is because of the dampers

I talked with Brigham and he is interested in doing some training together. Would you be able to come to Orem, Utah for 3-6 months to work with him in our piano shop?
