How was the Beatbox created?
In Part 8, Grandmaster Flash shares how he discovered the manually operated drum box that became his go-to secret weapon for block parties in the 70s: the Beatbox. Never did he imagine, this machine that he coined as “the Beatbox” would resurgence and be imitated by humans with the mouth. Shout out to Biz Markie - RIP, Doug E. Fresh, The Fat Boys, and Rahzel, just to name a few of the greats that took Grandmaster Flash's discovery to the next level and put it on record.
