      Look at hololive and other female vtubers. Majority of male fans pay lots of money just to chat with her. Is like something similar to rent a girlfriend experience.
      I will be honest personally I would have spend that type of money to f her.

      Got similarity to female idols. Like the male customer feeling of exclusive gf experience.

    Just one curiosity: People think this is somewhat exclusive to Japan, but I know for a fact that in Brazil many men go to brothels and don't actually engage in sex with the prostitutes. Many of them just stay there drinking and chatting with the prostitutes, just like they would do with a hostess. The difference is that in Brazil the prostitutes don't earn ANY MONEY for doing that, they don't even earn commission for the drinks and food they consume, they only earn money if they have sex.

      I think it’s okay to say this service is unique to Japan and that without it, men from different parts of the world go to their local bars, restaurants, strip clubs and brothels and misuse the facility to treat it like a hostess club.

    • @Funkensturme
      @Funkensturme Před 6 měsíci +4

      @@OPUP The point I was trying to make is that some people are surprised and judgemental when they hear that Japanese men go to hostess bars just to chat with women, when in reality, this might be occurring in their own country, as I know it happens at least in Brazil. I'm not disputing that hostess bars - and also Maid Cafes, which offer a similar kind of service - are unique to Japan.

Referral services with these resources need a common purpose of business. People can not be traded as a commodity or financial service. In the US, Americans pay extravagant sums to psychiatrists and psychologists in order to manage their mental illnesses, which are incredibly widespread in America since I've never met a sane American. They're always unsettled with themselves, others or their environment. They're never at peace. That's why some of them seek alternative treatments in Japan. Hostesses are better than Dr. Shrink, and they only give you alcohol as medication, not harmful psychiatric drugs. They cost much less too. In Japan, you can even talk to similar girls at maid cafes, idol shows or even at the streets where the girls hand out flyers to promote their shows, cafes or bars. You can even rent a girlfriend, a family or any thing else that your mind needs to heal it. A lot of people in Japan tend to be autistic, but in America, they tend to be manic, gay or bipolar. In any case, Japan offers them all alternative medicine at an affordable price!

    Well, this makes lots of material for comedy, and, OK, if you can make a living off it, fine. Funny stuff. But, on the other hand, this is tragic for Japan and many other countries around the world. We all need a religious awakening or we all are falling off a cliff in the future. Nothing is more beautiful than a married couple with children staying in their lane being moral, of standing against all the temptations the world can throw at them.
