但買投資樓, 自己租樓都要俾錢㗎
冇錯，但係可以租自己真正想住既區，去投資真正表現好，現金流好既區。每個月支出一樣或者更少。

最大不能預測的是租金回報，在遠區樓雖然樓價低入場成本少，但承租成功率及租金如何保證？
基本上買在哪裡都沒有辦法保證租金回報。空置率的數據可以作為一個參考
