      冇錯,但係可以租自己真正想住既區,去投資真正表現好,現金流好既區。每個月支出一樣或者更少。

    最大不能預測的是租金回報,在遠區樓雖然樓價低入場成本少,但承租成功率及租金如何保證?

      基本上買在哪裡都沒有辦法保證租金回報。空置率的數據可以作為一個參考
