    很喜歡你的分析,專業、中肯及不偏頗,每星期都期待你的視頻資訊👍👍!你尾段講得非常正確,我也是慶幸上年Melbourne lock down後,10月頭購入了自住物業,當時也有很多朋友勸我睇定啲先,可能仲有得跌,不過最後都係決定入市,否則拖到今年的話,應該買唔到了☺️

    劉Sir,你好!2015年買了Melbourne apartment, 今年四月中先至completion due, 作為海外買家好似租又難租,本來心灰意冷諗住撻訂算, agent vendor 話簽Nomination resale , 不過收費超高,意見如何?

      Depends on suburb and amount of supply. In general pretty bad investment.
