劉Sir，你好！2015年買了Melbourne apartment, 今年四月中先至completion due, 作為海外買家好似租又難租，本來心灰意冷諗住撻訂算， agent vendor 話簽Nomination resale , 不過收費超高，意見如何？

Depends on suburb and amount of supply. In general pretty bad investment.
