Just got myself a mace as well as indian clubs and just discovered this channel to help rehab my shoulder. Supper excited to see some workouts posted! Thank you for your service!
Thanks, and welcome to the channel - will definitely be posting more on Indian Clubs soon. Highly recommend you try my Beginner Indian Club Metronome Workout if you’re going for shoulder rehab: czcams.com/video/aE_u6v5c5wg/video.htmlsi=2UTd1NILaS9jBIpb
Do you coaching for someone who has barbell goals as well as bodyweight and kettlebell goals? I have numerous kettlebells and full Olympic weight set plus rack and bench. I like clubs too and bought your program but not sure if there are any goals for those. Just something I do on my recovery days from lifting.
Yes, that’s actually what my next ebook program is gonna have a lot of - how to integrate these unconventional tools with more classic barbell lifts. We can talk more options coaching wise via email. Go here at my contact page: coachvaughn.net/new-page-1
@@user-zf5ys8pq6jThats not exactly true. I’ve been practicing with kettlebells for 17 years and maces for 8 years. I post more with maces because there wasn’t anything on CZcams with steel mace workouts (there’s plenty of kettlebell content on my channel as well).
μυστικός- "someone who is full of shit" example: Sadhguru claims water has memory, Mark Wildman claims it takes anywhere from 16-18 years to learn how to snatch a barbell, and that is why we use kettlebells.
@@darkclownKellen 😂 I’ve never heard him say that but I see what you mean. I still think he’s a great coach. Just maybe spending too much time in LA when he says things are ‘inexpensive’ while having a shitload of equipment. “Yeah, just casually spend thousands of dollars to come train with me in a remote location. There will be cool camera shots on Instagram.”

Здравствуйте.Что полезней для здоровья гиря или булова??
Kettlebell
Если гиря полезней, почему вы больше работаете с булавой?спасибо

Mark Wildman turned into a mystic. You came back at the right time.
Which definition of mystic are we using here?
