As a crane operator I’ve had a bad experience with a master link (d-ring) breaking under its rated capacity, it’s probably in outer space looking to come crashing down at any minute! I didn’t even have the line pull capacity to reach its safe working load capacity. TODAY I witnessed a strap fail using an 750 excavator (170k lbs) and it took the hard hat of a labor. PLEASE avoid using unnecessary rigging and especially metallic (unless cable). It looked like the shackle could have gone directly to the eyelet of that strap but that’s just from my keyboard. Stay safe and thanks for your videos✌️

Kirk Gibbs Mike’s work crew jokingly give each other a hard time about getting stuck and part of the farming operation is the STUCK POOL that everyone participates in.
No one wants to rack up the most stucks because that person has to clean the shop washroom.
The person with the least amount of stucks also wins all the money from the lottery stuck pool.
Mike & I joked that Ashtyn may have got STUCK INTENTIONALLY this time so she could drive the CASE as that is her FAVOURITE brand of equipment.
