This has got to be absolutely frustrating. I think if this was my tractor it would be going down the road real soon. I was gone on vacation & came home to a yard full of snow. I went out to the shed & plugged in my 45 year old tractor for a few hours & cleaned out my yard in +1F temps without a problem. Makes you wonder about this modern machinery.

@@KALI1080 Maybe he needs to upgrade from the Fendt 724 gen. 6 to the new gen 7. The newer gen. 7 Fendt 724 (2023 model) has changed the engine manufacturer from the 237 HP Deutz 6.1L engine in the gen. 6 724, to the 240 HP AGCO Power 7.5L engine. Hopefully the AGCO Power engine works better in the cold than the Deutz engine. It might be primarily and issue with the Deutz engine. IIRC Mike have previously mentioned the Fendt 1050 with a MAN engine starts/runs much better in the cold than the Deutz engine. So hopefully the AGCO Power engine in the new gen. 7 700-series starts/runs better in the cold too, than the Deutz in Mike's gen. 6 700-series.

Western canuckistan is home to some of the worst weather on the planet rivaled by northern Siberia possibly. When it is as cold as this, I am in hibernation. Was hauling grain this morning with it being -19 C, Which is as cold as I operate. The old trucks was not happy and it had some cold shenanigans at startup. but fortunately it did cooperate with the program the rest of the day.

What good will a snow blower do? The tractor is killing itself.. The blower needs the full power of the tractor to do it’s job

@@SirHuddy There is no hope for that tractor...... but a snowblower would speed things up, compared to a loader or a blade. An other benefit is, that it won't blow in as much, as you don't have the ridges

Ugh sorry man. Such a expensive piece of equipment that is a marvel. Equipment manufacturers need to do better, in ALL colors! I know you are jot the only one dealing with issues lime this. My neighbor has another color he bought 3 years ago that had all kinds of def and fuel issues. He said I’ll sell that, and het another color. Same issues
.SAME issues. This guy is crazy about fuel too and still has issues. Batteries what a joke, insulate the dang batteries it’s nuts. Thank you for keeping the food supply chain going, thank you for your hard work! Thank you for what you and your bride do!

Too many sensors too many computers plus DEF problems.. it's hard being a farmer now a days that has to comply to these arbritray standards. I wonder what's your opinion on the upcoming new Big Bud tractors and if you'd get one. Rumors is they are supposed to be plain heavy with minimal sensors and maybe no DEF? Sounds like something the north farm can really benefit from

That's bad. Last time when i get this codes in mf tractor, entire fuel system needed to be change. Fuel pump obliterated throwing code about low pressure, then it gets to injectors, plug them and throw code high rail pressure. When I unscrewend filter and seen metal filings i know it was bad.

Buy an older tractor for a backup, can't beat a bit of old fashion mechanical fuel injection sometimes. I love a good backup machine.

    Hello Mike,
You (or your dealer) can try to calibrate the hydraulic joystick. It can help to make the float function to be less sensitive.
Glad you stil post your video's twice a week. 👍
