We also brought up another Container so we can have more storage.. Once we get things moved around and slightly more organized, we ll do video on the "shop" or "container shop" which we ll be rocking out! đđ€·ââïž
You can tell that we love what we do and we have fun doing it, because every day if just another day of fun! đđ

Lee is certainly a good sport ,it is nice to see you guys making the work day enjoyable even in difficult circumstances.
Cheers to you both đ
Mike and lee are as fun to watch as Chet and Eric from Larson farms they all have so much fun doing what there doing
I'm looking forward to the tractor that goes with the jacket. đ€
Lee is a good guy to have on your team // Ernie - back when tractors were built to start in Western Canada in the winter // think of the Fendt guys in Atlanta watching Ernie start with a little ether
OSHA approved safety first fork riding 10' off the ground without a harness. You got this LOL
"To the trees "he sad. You got me there. Great to see you guys keep the fun coming. Crazy to see what the Atlantic is doing for us on the other side of the pond.
All the best.
Mike,
I guess what we're watching is the start of your own farm? Loving it, glad to be part of the journey đ
Haha tractors are the best I wish I had land like you and tractors
Not stuck, temporarily immobilizedâŠđ€Ł itâs all in the wording
Your becoming a very God videographer my young padawan. Love u and Lee friendship
Give Lee a raise !!!
Sure hope the heater works in old Ernieđđ
The heater works great. The air conditioning not so much.
If your the boss, why does Lee get to drive the best tractor đđŹđ§
Mike, what a sweetheart of an old tractor Ernie is. They donât make them like that anymore. Which is both good and bad! Lol
That would make a great Chevy ad. Ernie needs a little grain cart to pull with the 760 combine that would be a look back in time.
Safety first!! lol!!
Nice time lapse!
Great video Mike and Lee
Great video! You and Lee are a great duo!
Man our 1155 liked her tractor crack as well when it real cold out. That should have a manual timing advance on the right side of the motor for those cold starts as well.
chevy lol.
Congratulations Lee. 1st on 2022 stuck list.
Hahah right?!
I also haven't forgot about the Patreon Fam Jam stuck contest.... We ll draw for the winners and then do the prize draw..
I just have been crazy busy! Sorry
That tote of Round up is worth it's weight in gold. Well not so much but you probably know what I mean.
The best cupholder-Lee
Awesome video thanks for sharing and congratulations on the 1st stuck Woo-hoo
YOU guys are too funny!
My favorite farmer/youtuber is back
Don't worry Mike, I can't throw at all once so ever so I know your pain. And I noticed the time-lapse, I liked it
I plowed snow a couple of years ago for a calving spot in march. It took till the end of July for that snowbank to completely disappear.
Bravissimo! Bellissimo!
đđđđđźđčđ
You call those trees. LOL
Haha right?! đ€·ââïžđ€Šđ»ââïžđ
Get some snowchains for Ernie. 2x for the rears and 1 for the steering tires.
Here in Norway its very common to use U-plow instead of a bucket. its space to more snow in the u-plow than a bucket :)
Split an old bucket in half and bolt each half to the side of the standard bucket, works great for snow. Adding some taller backing helps as well.
Makes me wonder were will that Fendt be in 40 years, don't think it will live half as long as Erne and Ernie still has lot of living to do yet.
Ernie needs a set of tire chains
Good to see the Fendt 724 started for you and hope AGCO can figure out the starting problems in the cold. It`s look like a very good tractor and I am very impressed that you lift the container that weighs about 2000 kg empty. And you have have it long way out on the forks. So about old Ernie that Perkins engine in that it been used in many Excavator back in the day. You almost need dynamite to kill it. We have one that was so weird out that we put 24v on it to start. The starter go double speed then. But we have heater in the inlet manifoild and then it start right up. When the heater was broke we take a peace of paper and put on fire and took of the hose on the inlet manifoil and held the flame over and started up. Does not Earnie have locker in the diff. And I think you should put chains on him it is a good tractor you can use as long as you want. So about the DEF it,s the worst product they ever made. It is always problem. But it is a goldmine for workshops. Thank you for your entertaining channel. I live in South East of Norway and there is not as cold as in Canada.
Lee wearing that claas coat đ
Bro your vids make me thank Almighty that I live in the south. Till summer hits đ„¶đ„”
I'll take snow for a few months of the year over tornados and hurricanes. The change in weather is nice. No bugs in the winter either.
Morning, from Alaska! Love your videos how is your day
Just another day with Mike
It really is! đđ€·ââïž
I worked on a farm for 26 years
Morning
If you hired me you would have a Burt driving Ernie đ€Łđ€Ł
Ernie needs jewelry, a set of ice chains or even ring chains would double his ability.
You need an HLA snow pusher. great video!! đ
You need to get that ether company as a sponsor! I can't find a can to work that good in July!
Your north Farm gives off the vibe that you may be up there permanently at some point in the future. đ€
Poor Hernie!
Need a 10ft dozer on the front of Ernie and a good set of chains. Those old Masseys can roll snow!
Ernie rocks!
Should buy some chains for Ernies shoes!
Looks like it's cold up there
Mike you should invest In a snow bucket đ€Ł
If you are going to keep using Ernie for that you should get him a set of tire chains, give him a better chance of pulling that way too big blade!
Haha would be cool!
Snow struck should only get half penalties because it's too easy when everything is slippery.
Lee Billy ranford caught the ether can. Lol
Yo, ole Ernie is gonna bend a rod getting those kinds of doses, no?
Yo, much freeo? No bueno bueno!
Fun cold stuff ya got goin there young men!
Mike, close the door I'm getting cold!! Lol
Different farm, different stuck list !
Yes, that's actually true
Mike have you thought about putting a big v plow, such as what they put on pickups, only a little bigger and wider, mounted on your loader instead of the bucket? It seems to me the blade behind old Ernie would be more efficient in front of Ernie instead of behind, is kinda what I'm saying. Maybe I'm wrong.
he also doesn't have brakes, classic
Chains on Ernie?!? Get the old type Iron spike wheels and no one will ever get stuck! ;D But build a wheelie-bar for sure. At same time get an ethergas 40 liter canister and mount on hood. Haha!
Mike, I have a question. You know I would. Why don't you get a snow pusher for the front of the tractor? They hold more snow and push snow more efficiently
Ernie vs the 724
Coldstart included?
Mike's Safety Briefing: "I'll raise the forks so you'll have more time to spin onto your feet! Now, Don't fall off!" đ€Ș
Iâm very surprised you guys donât have a snow pusker
Hi Mike, great video again, how's your wife and son doing as we not had updates lately? Hope they both ok. Can't wait until you start seeding again.
They are doing well, I haven't seen them in almost 10 days now due to work, but I look forward to seeing them again and giving you guys an update.
@@mikemitchell2554 What? 10 days? Wow. Ashtyn is awesome to understand how important the farm is. I don't think anyone other than a farm girl would be good for a farmer. The rest of them just constantly complain. They want all this stuff in life and then complain when you work your rear end off to get it because you're always working.
@@mikeznel6048 haha well I don't know about that, đ but she is with her parents right now getting extra help from them these days.
I also get sent videos and video calls every day to see how she and my little man are doing! âșïž
@@mikemitchell2554
Cool so pleased they doing well, hope you soon get back to see them. Keep up the good work đ
Lee has a class jacket!?
Get some Snow chains for ernie. This will help a lot
IFLI!!!!! "Want some cream in your coffee? How about Some Sugar???""" OMG I am dying laughing Mike!! Love the video!
Ha! Thanks! đ
Leave it up to Mike!! One in a Million
who thinks we will see something from Claas in the future??
not me. Lee is just a class guy
Oh so the frames gonna bend
Does Lee's new apparel indicate a difference brand of machinery is scheduled to arrive later this season ?
I guess time will tell đ€·ââïžđ€«đ
@@jhlane1977 sure no 960 TT and Xerion this things are toys in front of a big drill. And Claas is in Germany not famous for good working tractors.
@@jhlane1977 what use would they have for a xerion? They aren't as capable as the 9R's they have now.
@@mikemitchell2554 is that hoodie part of Claas' MUD program? Buy 6 new claas combines combines and get a free hoodie! While supplies last.
@@sichtbarfurallenutzeraufyo5510 claas makes nice combines though đ
would it be feasible to dig a big hole to push the snow in for a water sourse ?
nope
Our mf 1155 starts really good too, except ours has more exhaust leaks to smoke the mice out of the cab. Lol
It's a Massey. She will start. Especially the old gals! Great tractors!
Ether is like drugs for a diesel. Once it gets it. It needs it.
Would be GREAT if you had a front blade for that JD 9620R.
Crazy thing was, when I baught it last year it had one, but didn't see the need for it nor did I want to pay the price for it, so had them remove it đ€Šđ»ââïžđ
@@mikemitchell2554 that would be my luck too, plus it would be ballest when drilling.
First on the stuck list!!!
Is that the first stuck of the year for Lee aka your apprentice farmer Mike?
Starts better than the 724. Old school for the win!!
Hey Mike because the 4840s are called berts and of course there is old Ernie why donât we call the 724 Elmo and the 9r, 9rx, and 9rt big bird
Well... I want to stay with colours of equipment.. The Bert's were called that prior but from this point on, I am trying to colour match and character match đ
It blows my mind that you guys donât keep your equipment under cover! And you drive 8 hrs to plow snow! I canât get my dad to go into town 5 minutes away!
How cold was it when you were snow moving? Ernie does show that the new engines have something wrong when showed up by a machine that age. Great video?
Hi Mike
Why donât you use the 9620 jd for the snow removal?
Hello, why don't you build warehouses to store the tractors? greetings from Spain !!
Mike, I have a question. Why donât you have a snow plow on your Chevy truck?
You don't have an air compressor on the Fendt 724 like we have it in europe for trailer brakes?
Why donât you get a snow blade or blower for the 724 fendt instead of just a bucket?
DId a combine come with that Claas Jacket of Lee's?
lee is a class guy
What does a container cost these days considering they are supposed to be in short supply?
Has Ernie got a cab heater?? âïž
Haha no
So who is leading the stuck count for the year?
Haha very good video. Where is your Fendt 1050?
1050 with a blade would be perfect yes.. Haha
Hi Mike is your wife going to plant this spring?
Do you guys ever use silage blades on the 4wd's to move snow?
I would think that a blade on the front of that 9r would clear more snow than both of those tractors combined.
@@jfdb59 they would be that's a lot of money
Winter shure isn't for people in a hurry or short tempered ones.
Airing up a tire needs 3 other machines to start, let alone function propery in a cold to even start a job in the first place.
Just FYI why Mike is a bit wacky sometimes đ€Łđ
If ernie can't pull the blade put it behind the fendt and let'er rip
Hi Mike! The black ring, Where did you got it? The fan from Israel..
It's an Enso rubber ring. đ
Why don't you give Ernie a little TLC like a newer seat and some weather striping?
I think it's because I have the best intentions of doing that but lack in the time department..
Old Ernie starts better than the Fendts!!!
