HOLY COW!! I mean salmon! Just got done making this, it was AMAZING! My wife did WW points on this and it's really low, but you would never know. The salmon and coconut make it super rich. Chef Tom's comment about the rice adding a lot is spot on. I didn't have the rub, but being in MD I mixed half and half Old Bay and lemon pepper. Otherwise I followed the recipe directly. Really, really good. Thanks Chef Tom!
My man just glazed over the fact salmon has an L in it😂. Just kidding, Tom. I think you're an amazing chef and recipe developer and I look forward to you posts every week.
Good stuff - Two things I would do differently. 1. Lemon Zest - Add it in the end to retain the aroma and flavor . 2. Remove the skin - No point crisping up the the skin, if returning it to the wet sauce. I will give this a try! Thanks for sharing!
The skin is edible and some ppl njoy it. If you’ve ever braised anything, searing the meat before hand adds depth of flavor despite it being in a wet sauce.
Looks so good!
Keep the awesome work dude. You are great.
Big thumbs up on Rancho Gordo...
That is looking great! Will give it a try!
Let us know how it goes!
Fantastic, shows healthy does not mean not tasty.
More fish please, even if it loses some views. :)
Looks delicious!
Agreed!
Well done sir !
Это очень вкусно, супер!!!

What I learned: Get a little color on everything and you’ll be good.
It's a colorful world of food! Let's use it!
This looks like just what I need on a cold and snowy day like today!
Nothing says snow day quite like curry!
Interested!

Never met an American who pronounces that L
@@Flipflop437 extremely common in the south. You'd freak at how we pronounce pecan😂
Southen slang has a mind of its own sometimes
Looks Ab Fab

I feel like sometimes you add ingredients just for the sake of promoting them. Agave Sriracha in a Thai curry?
This channel exists to promote their website.
That recipe is gonna make me BUST open.
