Hi, 1 hour is more than long enough to know, your binyewa in cooked. Don't worry about the oil settling on top. Sometimes, if the binyewa is not that thick, the oil might not show. Thanks for trying out the recipe. We hope you were able to enjoy as we did, ours👍❤
