6000 man hours by 34 people = 176.47 man hours per person
Assuming 1 man hour = 1 hour of actual work (is usually less) :-
176.47 man hours per person over 15 days = 11.76 hours (11 hours 45 mins) per person per day
I hope Emirates paid everyone a handsome overtime allowance.

If the paint is not protected and applied properly it will affect the aerodynamics of the plane and increase the neccesary amout of fuel for a flight.
