As a fellow person with OCD, Tourettes, and chronic shitting, I found out I'm lactose intollerant, faux cheese has come a long way , it costs a bit more than regular cheese but I'm a fat piece of shit and I can't live without cheese and I also don't wanna spend my whole life shitting so I moved to mostly lactose free shit and my life is way less miserable now
Lactase is a godsend for lactose intolerance. I pretty much don’t consume dairy (except cheese) but I RELIGIOUSLY take lactase if I do consumer dairy bc otherwise it’s just russian roulette with my gut. 😵💫
Also, it could be something like Celiac disease or gluten intolerance. Try removing these things one at a time for a week or so, and see if your stomach issues improve!

planned parenthood is great! my sophomore year of college i had an std scare and i went there to get tested. (all good thank god) on my way out they asked how much i made a year for billing purposes and i told them im a college student and i make about $100 a week and didn't have health insurance and they told me the whole appointment was free of charge. fucking ANGELS. never have ever felt so safe somewhere on my life

In the mid 90’s I would go to PP & they would give me big brown lunch bags of condoms for next to free (I would give them out to my friends who were too embarrassed to buy them in store bc back then u had to get them from a pharmacist).
When I was like 18-19 I lost my med insurance and I had been on the pill since I was 15 (I had stage IV endometriosis so I HAD to be on them) but I was barely working & in college. I went to PP, got a PAP smear, & they gave me 12 pkgs of pills so a whole years worth of my meds and only asked for a donation (I could only afford $40). They were awesome. I’m now 44yrs old and I’m a labor & delivery RN. I was offered a job at Planned Parenthood abt 15yrs ago and I wanted to work there bc I love what they do (this is in CA) but I loved what I do more lol. Definitely go there at any age if you need to. Ladies our reproductive rights are so important & they’re are decisions to be made between you & your doctor❤️✌🏼
I would go there for birth control it was so affordable compared to my doctor who charge me 800 for a freaking appointment. This was many years ago before birth control could be prescribed online
But actually! They are so nice there. The moment you walk in everyone is supportive and helpful. And they actually listen and show empathy. Never felt better when at the doctors.
I got my birth control there all through college and I was gonna long term relationship the whole time wasn't even sleeping around (nothing wrong with that but people seem to think that's all it's for). They were also the ones who discovered I had PVC, a minor heart condition, because I wasn't really seeing any other doctor as a college student. They have so many services.
Planned parenthood has helped me with;
A free IUD
Discounted plan B
Free std testing multiple times
Prescriptions for infections
Cancer checks (found cancer in my friends thyroid when she didn't have insurance)
AND the planned parenthood in my town doesn't even do abortions 🤣

I used to work there and actually they serve as many people's primary care provider at certain locations. You have people going in for anything from diabetes to asthma, to yes reproductive care. Crazy how everyone just sees it as the abortions clinic.

Ethan, I wonder if you should speak to your dr about a possible wheat/gluten allergy/intolerance. I was having similar problems having to use the restroom, stomach cramps all hours of the day not seemingly related to any specific meal I ate (because they all contained the wheat that I’m allergic to) once I eliminated it out of my diet it was like night and day. No more intestinal issues, no more brain fog, no more headaches, and weight loss. It sucks feeling the way you do so I can understand.

Ethan my stomach was messed up for so long, eating less meat, drinking kombucha, eating within certain time periods (usually eat after 8am and no eating after 8), and just eating cleaner over all helped me so much. I can't afford to go to a doctor to check so im playing it by ear but it's helped so much! Even if it's just for a short time to prove a point hire a chef to help you eat clean, and then go back to your diet you'll see a major difference. We all want you to be healthy! With that being said - im watching this late and I ate really horrible on Thursday so I'm paying this price with you lmao.

Dude, I totally get it now, Hasan explained it perfectly, I had no idea that I could be a victim of systemic racism even if people aren't outwardly racist toward me. Eye-opening. A lot of people say I'm not a victim of racism because nobody openly comes up to me and and treats me badly because of my race, which is untrue, they definitely do, but still, I find it fascinating to learn that the economic systems that have kept me and my family at the bottom of the totem pole for 7 generations, regardless of how hard we work, or how hard we try, was a product of systemic racism. Nobody in my family tree was addicted to drugs, they worked their whole lives, they always did blue collar jobs, and in over 600 years, 90 of which were in the US, and there is nothing to show for it, no property, no legacy, the family tree is practically dead. I feel finally vindicated, for all the times when my whole childhood I used to try to communicate to people why I couldn't do certain things, why I couldn't afford the $30 fee to sign up to participate in school sports in middle school, or $150 in high school, why I could only take the science classes in public school that didn't have a science fee or lab fee associated. I was 9 and people just looked at me like I was garbage and couldn't fathom how we were so poor. The only reason I am not houseless now is because of how hard I work and how hard I try, and even then, it just isn't enough. I hope more people learn to understand systemic racism and how it has impacted people like me for centuries.

I used to have the birth control implant in my arm (Nexplanon), and I wanted to get it removed because it was giving me painful hormonal, cystic acne. My regular OBGYN said they couldn’t get me in for like 2.5 months. So I went to Planned Parenthood the next day and they removed it for me AND wrote me a prescription for a birth control pill that I switched to and am still on to this day.

I had to have an abortion recently because I the shape my body is in still recovering less than a year after having a c section so I went to planned parenthood and I have never felt more supported and they made sure it was what I wanted to do and they were very informative about the process and procedure. Planned parenthood saved my life because nowhere else would perform the procedure for me even though doctors have said it would be a life or death situation having a baby less than a year after having my son as I've had 3 back to back c sections and this pregnancy was actually ectopic so I needed to do something about it. I'm 100% for planned parenthood. They're the reason I'm still here and alive for my 3 existing children and they need their momma

Shoutout to fucking Planned Parenthood, man. I went to an LGBT clinic and struggled for months for them to give me testosterone. Planned Parenthood made it so accessible, the turnaround time was like 2 weeks and I had the Rx after one visit. Also idk if other places offer it but they will put you under anestesia for a Pap smear if you want and I thought that was wonderful cause it can be so uncomfortable for a multitude of reasons.

that still didn’t keep me from not using it anymore but it definitely helped in comparison to the first time i tried it when i used it wrong and immediately would shake and borderline throw up lol.

I live in Arkansas, used to live in Dover. My friends and I went up to Harrison one day on a day trip through Jasper then on past dog patch. We stopped and went into a small antique shop and my friends black girlfriend was asked to leave the store by the clerk, it's not always brow beating angry N word slinging, it's subtle things like denying business and many other things. It's gross and I haven't been back since.

As a Ukrainian myself, it was a bit hard to listen to segments about the war. All this talk about "pushing for peace". Do you realise, that we'll have to give out not just "land" but people too? There are huge concentration prisons in occupied Kherson right now. Ukrainians are being killed constantly for the most bizarre reasons, like having patriotic tattoos on their body. We don't want to leave our people there. And we for sure learnt our lesson, that Russia will never stop. It's not the first genocide Russians are committing against my nation, please read about Golodomor and Executed Renaissance. We're fucking sick of it. It never stops. They consider us lesser humans that don't deserve to have a country or our own agenda. And with a frozen conflict we could never possibly be a part of the EU or NATO and move on. A lot of people already died. And for what, if we'll just give up? Guys, please, listen to Ukrainians in this case. It's our future. If we're asking for weapons, it's because we want to defend our people. And yes, a lot of Ukrainians are ready to fight to last Ukrainian. It's better to die than to live under Russia.

I don't think Hasan is advocating for not funding arming for defense, just that western leaders from America and the UK (not part of the EU anymore), pushing for war to sell arms instead of negotiations. This crisis prolonged will generate not only more loss on human lives but poverty, unemployment and hunger all across Europe and other countries around the globe. So yeah, I understand the point of view of saying we're not kneeling to Russia's stupid war, but the consequences of prolonging the war are more damaging in the long term

Russia's negotiation points always were: 1) keeping Crimea as a part of Russia; 2) Ukraine to be out of any international union (especially military ones); 3) the status of russian language as a second official language in Ukraine; 4) Donbass to be Russia.. Agreeing to any of this points from ukrainian side means dependence on Russia = thousands of ukrainians, that already died - died for nothing. And if our government agrees to anything from this russia's "wish-list", ukrainians are not gonna stay silent. That's a guarantee
Planned parenthood is amazing! I was having extreme pain from my IUD. PP was the only place i could find that would remove my IUD when i was out of state (called so many places like urgent cares, clinics,etc). For some reason places love to place them but wont ever let you remove it before its expiration. But PP did and were so nice/helpful! They really supported me when i was in pain and got me in the same day. They charged a reasonable price as well without insurance unlike if you go to an ER (which was what i was trying to avoid. Would rather not go bankrupt in order to get healthcare). Support your local PP!

This clansman can speak politely, make his argument in a socially acceptable way, and even be charming. His words would seem to indicate, he's non-violent and he's focused on his own wellbeing rather than anyone else.
That's all bullshit, though. So what if he's polite? Think about what the clansmen's ideal vision of America looks like. He wants to divide the US into 2-tiers, where he gets to be on top. He wants to get the government to brutally subjugate the rest of us. He's fine with police using lethal force to 'protect the white race'.
Even if this guy is not personally violent to you right now, he's telling you that given the opportunity, he would readily to subject you to violence. It's just that it's less personal, when he can get the government to do it on his behalf. That's fucked up.
