Guilt Free Apple Crisp (Recipe Only)

- Like many of you, I'm also working to meet some weight loss goals, now that the holidays are over and we're back from our travels. This is a great recipe when you're craving something sweet, but you don't want to completely devastate your diet. It's great served warm with a little whipped cream or ice cream. Guilt-Free Apple Crisp:
5 cups apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/4 cup artificial sweetener (your choice, I used Splenda)
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
Topping:
1/4 cup oatmeal, uncooked
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sweetener
Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
3 tablespoons softened butter
