食材:1把空心菜,1勺belacan粉,1勺糖,1勺鱼露,半杯清水
香料:10克虾米,2根红辣椒,2根小米椒,4瓣蒜,3颗红葱头
步骤:
1)把虾米泡软,空心菜切段,辣椒蒜红葱头切小备用
2)把10克虾米,2根红辣椒,2根小米椒,4瓣蒜,3颗红葱头搅碎
3)热油,把搅碎的香辣爆香加入1勺belacan粉,1勺糖1勺鱼露炒至深红色
4)先放空心菜的根翻炒均匀,再放空心菜叶子加入半杯清水,大火炒均匀就可以出锅开吃啦❤️

step:
