The key to the human journey is the mastery of one's emotional (energy in motion) self and this Bhai Ji Bhai Harsimranjit Singh Ji is showing how one can be ferocious without hate or anger. Ferocity is a nature occurrence in all of nature it is the intensity necessary for survival and thrival. People will talk you up then tear you down once your light reflects on them in this current age which is unfortunate but thus is life. Authenticity requires on to be without fear Nirvar because people will be offended simply by this. This is why sikhs carry shastar to protect oneself and others when being authentic/truthful. Bhaji I need help I’m not sure if this is a problem or just me , whenever I do my paath for Nitnem, I always seem to repeat it because my mind tells me I’m not focused this causes me to take a serious amount of time to finish it? Then I cannot do all my other day to day activities, has anyone got any tips?? Plz I need help
Hi. I am a very much a beginner so my advice may not directly help. But taking deep breaths and focusing on the bani helped me keep distracting thoughts out of my head. I have not reach the point of focusing on meaning, but perhaps stretching out the bani out loud or inside the head can help you keep focus. And even if you lose focus and have to repeat the paath, that's still very good quality to have as it engrains the message of bani inside you. So do not worry too much about losing time for your day-to-day activities. I'm sure your focus will improve over time!

All sikhs and singhs must acceot the granth as their guru. Respect the ten gurus and amrit sanchar . Stay away añd dnt commit sin . Know what sin is firstly. After that it's upto to the sikh if he wants to grow kesh or not however if takes amrit then yes. All sikhs are required study and pray their daily prayers whether or not you have taken amrit. There is a big misconception that you only study guru granth sahib and pray if u take amrit. This false narrative is pushed by deviants sikhs and jathas who are enemies of sikhi. This needs to be addressed as it causing alot of issues.
