TonyScapone plays Jewel in a Legacy League on Magic: The Gathering Online! These matches were played on: 06/25/24.
The EPIC Gamble is a Red Storm deck that is trying to put some protection into play before resolving an Echo of Eons. The amount of redundancy that cards like Gamble, Burning Wish, and Urza's Saga provide to allow us to consistently pair Lion's Eye Diamond with Echo of Eons is what make this deck so consistent and potent. When we aren't using Echo of Eons, we have access to plenty of other engines like Reforge the Soul, Peer into the Abyss, Mind's Desire, or we might even just threaten to kill the opponent with some Constructs from Urza's Saga. Vexing Bauble has really given this deck new life by giving more protection, allowing us to be harder to interact with while being able to move away from slower cards like Galvanic Relay and back into more aggressive and lethal cards such as Reforge the Soul and Jeska's Will.
The EPIC Gamble is a deck that can be defined by the core of Lion's Eye Diamond, Echo of Eons, Gamble, and Burning Wish.

Well played and congrats! Have you considered a Shadowgrange Archfiend out of the SB? It can function as a fast clock that can be Gamble/LED'd for in the face of graveyard hate--especially good vs Dauthi Voidwalker.
