Ask Herc Ep. 1 - Will an AMD FM2 CPU fit into a AM3+ socket?

We are kicking off a new series simply called "Ask Herc." This will be used to answer questions I get from Facebook, Twitter, or CZcams. If I feel that the question can relate to a lot of folks, I will include it in the video. I will do my best to make them weekly, but sometimes life can get in the way!
Here are the five questions from this video (short form):
1) Will a fan splitter work if I have 5 fans and 4 headers on my MSI Z370 motherboard?
2) What is the best way to remove an Windows XP partition if I have a HP Compaq?
3) I think my router has been hacked, what can I do? How can I change my router password?
4) How can I reset Windows 10?
I will always try and make the last question a "Will this work?" question. Meaning that you send me a list of parts, and I will explain if it will work or not. I will also go into specifics about each part and how it can affect the entire build as a whole. If i get enough questions, this can probably be spinoff series. A lot of these quesitons will most likely be for desktops and CPUs
5) Will this AMD A4-400 3.2GHz FM2 fit into a AM3+ socket motherboard?
