    Home video demonstrates how to make butter from raw unhomogenized cow milk.
    Milk was separated with a spinning separator from a Goat Supply Company. I don't recommend any kind of cream separator for Jersey milk. It makes the cream to thick... almost turns to butter. That is why my cream is so thick... FYI. Unless you have several cows you're milking and need to separate cream, it's easier to just scoop the cream off the top after it settles. It will save you time, money and headache. We no longer use our $500 separator... if that tells you anything.
