Are you wondering what canvas size should you use?, or what size do the "big" publishers require you to use? Well today I am going to show you how to set up your canvas inside of Clip Studio Paint for printed professional work.
Great tutorial. Thank you for sharing. Getting ready to self-publish my own book and this information is invaluable. I'm grateful for creators like you that share your knowledge. Keep up the amazing work and good luck.
Jas Singh did such a great job.Such an amazing artist he is!
Excellent tutorial exactly what I been looking for thanks 🙏
Working at the moment that you're streaming this, but I hope to rewatch this when I get some free time to check some things out. Keep it up.
I just started working at those dimensions you mentioned and I freaken love it!!! Much easier to work with because I don’t have to zoom so much. I set it up as a preset so I go file new and bam there it is.
this cover is insane! Well done jas sigh
Nice video Jimmy
What do you use for your digital drawing? Tablet or something else? Be as specific as possible (brand/model)?
Great Tutorial! I learned several things I did not know, and I've been working with CSP for years! Thanks man. One question tho, when I convert my layer that has my logo and info (the one you turned into an image material layer) when I register it as material, and create a new template it is not showing, it loads and I can see it in the thumbnail but it does not appear at all in my canvas. Why is this happening? Any suggestions? Thanks.
Hey, do you know of a way to export pages to the bleed line rather than having the full page white border around them? Other than cropping each one I mean. I usually work bleed size but I like working on a page that looks like a traditional comic page, but when I export a tiff I want it to automatically crop. Is that a thing? Does this question make sense? HA! :D Thanks, Jimmy! Super helpful stuff as I'm getting used to Clip Studio.
Traego always looks like he’s holding an imaginary hamburger in his right hand.
