- If you're wondering what to expect after ordering an EW72 scooter by E-Wheels, then this video is for you! In this video, we'll show you what its like to receive, unbox and unpackage the EW 72 by Ewheels. The scooter arrives almost completely assembled, you just need to have 2 people to safely remove the scooter from the wooden pallet that it comes strapped to. Installing the rearview mirrors is basically the only assembly required.

You will need a pair of scissors, and someone capable of lifting heavy things because this is considered a heavy duty scooter and it weighs a lot. When removing it from the box, be sure to release the hand brakes that are locked into place so you can roll it off of the wooden pallet.
You will also need to open the rear basket and unpackage all of the items. The keys for the rear locking storage need to be used first so that you can access the circuit breaker switch. Make sure to turn the switch into the "ON" position so that you can get power from the batteries. Also make sure to charge your scooter for at least 4 hours before using it for the first time.
You must read the user manual in it's entirety before operating this scooter. Failing to do so can result in injury, property damage or death.
Keep your packaging for at least 5 days and be sure to inspect the box carefully for damage before accepting delivery.

Anything new coming out on the market that goes close to 15mph? My wife is disabled, but wants to go with me when riding ebikes. 15mph is a good speed for us. Considering the Ew72, but a little concerned about quality. Is there anything else we should be considering?

Is there any way you can take a video of how the batteries are wired up and send it to me? I just recently got this scooter and the batteries were all swollen. I have four more on the way and just want to make sure I get it all hooked up correctly
Unfortunately we don't have these too often in the shop. Next time we get one in the shop we will do a video showing the battery connections.

If you have a cell phone with a camera, take a picture of the connection before disconnecting it. Then you can refer to the picture as a reference.

It's ok, we're not a big fan of e-wheels scooters in general. They are very popular because they are not expensive, and fast. Aside from that, we don't recommend them.
