I’m a 58 yr old woman and I’ve used lower weights in kettle bell workouts but I never felt like I worked very hard. So upped my game, upped my weights and found this channel. Now I’m burning!!! Thank you.

just a tip: if the workout requires alternating sides, like the DB Press in the first workout, ALWAYS start with your non dominant. Fraser does this (assuming he’s right dominant) in ever set. We know our dominant will be a little stronger, so start off on that weak side

@@dangergamimg1933 Not true at all. when I first started working out in general with weight lifting I instantly got plugged to his videos. Did just them without a special diet and grew a lot and still am. At the stage where I combine 2 videos now in a row but it all started with 1.
I wish you would show the upcoming exercise during the 30 sec break so we know what to position for. I keep having to pause to get set up and is annoying. Thank you

Ok I’ll be honest…when I first saw the 20 minutes chest workout…I was like I’m going to need longer than that…BOY WAS I WRONG!!! Chest is so pumped haha!!! Amazing workout!!
Only thing that would make it perfect…is giving a little demonstration of the workout so I know what weights to use so I can do it with you instead of pausing at each workout so I can grab the weights.

You just need to take the perfect weight for your dumbbell and my man i'm just in pain for my chest and shoudler a great great training seriously those dumbbell vids just shred !

how should i adjust my weights? i find i can do alot more for chest focused excersises however for shoulder focused ones i feel like i need to go lighter by quite a bit to get proper form
i have the same problem. I started with 15s, and did 10s with what i couldn’t do. I now mostly use the 20s, and 15s on what i can’t do 20s with.
Can i mix this workout with "huge arms workout"?
If i feel the chest workouts in my arms more, am i doing it right?
I would like to ask if i could this workout everyday?
