This video is full length which means you can just follow along with whatever I'm doing. If you need extra rest, just pause the video. If you don't need a rest - watch it the whole way through.

@@pickle_rickk ok, but percentage wise say for example for a 1 rep max for a bicep curl I could do 15kg
As this is a long period should I look to work at maybe 5-6kg

@@bobabop3375 a quick bite of some carbs might help you get energy back. Pause the video and have a slightly longer pause. Im currently experimenting with doing cardio on the side because I heard it will help your overall endurance in all muscle groups. Might we worth testing.

@@hwaiting6759 I'm new to all this but I've read it's good to take 24-48 hours rest between working the same muscles.
This is shoulders+chest, so maybe do a different muscle group between. ( Back, biceps/triceps/forearms or legs ) then do this again.

I barely made it through on my first try about 20 minutes ago. My arms are still dead haha
I enjoy these timed 15 min workouts. Helps me stay focused in the garage by myself. You should push more of these out with dumbbells only.
Great workout! I already follow similar workout plan. Will add some of these exercises for sure. Btw I always thought I was eating enough and was disappointed because my weight stagnated . Then I got my first diet plan created on website called dietarize. I realised that my previous food intake was way below my needs, although I thought I'm good. At the beginning it was hard to eat 3500 kcal in a day, but I got used to it. I started noticing real gains and it felt amazing. I wish I'd understood the importance of diet earlier.

Keep these dumbbell videos up man! I love the format and music, and the timer helps keep me motivated. Only suggestion I have would be to show the name of the next exercise before the timer runs out so we can get ready faster.

Ive been doing workouts like these (all without dumbells except for this one) for about 2 months, I actually have seen a few changes but nothing too huge, I've been trying to gain weight too but im having difficulties. I do all your workouts and have noticed some seriouse gains paired with high protein, its crazy seeing muscles I didnt know I had.

just started doing this workout and the bicep dumbbells one at 6kg, going to do this every day and then throw a abs one in there once or twice a week! let me know if that sounds solid or not! trying to do those last push ups after both of these workouts is difficult but will get easier over time! arms shaking all over the placeđ€ŁđȘ

@@nemosloth I been doing this once or twice a week with his other workouts.. with 15 pound dumbbells. I was really struggling for the first 2 weeks but now a month later I need to up the weight. I donât feel as much as before. Weights feel light now
