  • Get ready for one of the best Home Chest and Shoulder Workouts of your LIFE! Let's do this! A dumbbell only chest and deltoid workout that you can do from the comfort of your own home! This workout is perfect to grow your chest and front, lateral and side deltoid!
    This video is full length which means you can just follow along with whatever I'm doing. If you need extra rest, just pause the video. If you don't need a rest - watch it the whole way through.

      Use such a weight that u get close to failure in that time period

      As this is a long period should I look to work at maybe 5-6kg

      @@bobabop3375 a quick bite of some carbs might help you get energy back. Pause the video and have a slightly longer pause. Im currently experimenting with doing cardio on the side because I heard it will help your overall endurance in all muscle groups. Might we worth testing.

      @@hwaiting6759 I'm new to all this but I've read it's good to take 24-48 hours rest between working the same muscles.
      This is shoulders+chest, so maybe do a different muscle group between. ( Back, biceps/triceps/forearms or legs ) then do this again.

    I enjoy these timed 15 min workouts. Helps me stay focused in the garage by myself. You should push more of these out with dumbbells only.

    Great workout! I already follow similar workout plan. Will add some of these exercises for sure. Btw I always thought I was eating enough and was disappointed because my weight stagnated . Then I got my first diet plan created on website called dietarize. I realised that my previous food intake was way below my needs, although I thought I'm good. At the beginning it was hard to eat 3500 kcal in a day, but I got used to it. I started noticing real gains and it felt amazing. I wish I'd understood the importance of diet earlier.

    just started doing this workout and the bicep dumbbells one at 6kg, going to do this every day and then throw a abs one in there once or twice a week! let me know if that sounds solid or not! trying to do those last push ups after both of these workouts is difficult but will get easier over time! arms shaking all over the placeđŸ€ŁđŸ’Ș

    Thank you sir. Now i've got this scheduled 6 times a week in the morning and your HUGE arms DB workout in the evening 6x a week. Looking forward for the results. By the way, how much weigh the DBs you have in your videos?

      @@nemosloth I been doing this once or twice a week with his other workouts.. with 15 pound dumbbells. I was really struggling for the first 2 weeks but now a month later I need to up the weight. I don’t feel as much as before. Weights feel light now

      @@mike7546 thanks but I don’t feel strong lol I felt I should be doing more. I’m not a big guy, I just been working out for 10 years, but not weight training. This workout is still very difficult for me.
