Hello friends
As I wrote to you before, our village is located in the Alborz mountain range and has many large and small rivers, all of which flow into the Caspian Sea. The Caspian Sea is the largest lake on the planet, and because of its great size, it has taken the title of sea instead of a lake, and the Aryan civilization was first formed around this vast lake.
This sea has different types of aquatic life and several different types of fish are found in abundance
In addition to salmon, which is my favorite fish, there is another type of fish called phytofak in this sea, and its combination with vegetables, especially hot pepper, is very delicious.
Today we will cook this fish together with several types of vegetables along with delicious vegetable pilaf, the spiciness of these vegetables along with the delicious taste of this fish and fresh mushrooms that are grown in the same area creates a very excellent combination and I love eating it. I enjoy it very much

ingredients:
Fish
mushroom
hot bieber
Chives
Butter
Salt
red pepper
How to prepare:
First, wash the fish, then add the required amount of spices and fry it in hot oil.
Then chop the mushrooms and peppers and fry them in a dish and add some butter after adding salt
We pour the prepared vegetable sauce on the fried fish and add some water and cover it until it cooks well.
We mix rice with vegetables such as dill, coriander and a small amount of chopped parsley and let it brew
Our food is ready!
