    1. Creamy Pasta Recipe
    2/3 cup macaroni
    3 heaping tbsp cream cheese
    1 tsp tomato paste
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 cup zucchini, chopped
    1 jalapeno, chopped
    1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
    1 cup spinach
    Salt and black pepper
    2. 10-Minute Quesadilla
    1 tortilla
    1 tbsp tomato paste
    1 tbsp cream cheese
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 cherry tomatoes, chopped
    2 Tbsp arugula and parsley, chopped
    1 Tbsp olives, pitted and chopped
    1/2 cup fresh mozzarella (diced or shredded) or other cheese
    3. 15-Minute Chicken & Chickpeas
    1 pound / 400g chicken breast, boneless, skinless, chopped
    1 cup chickpeas, canned rinsed, and drained
    2 garlic cloves
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    2 scallions, thinly chopped
    2 Tbsp chopped parsley
    1 tsp crushed red pepper/chili flakes
    1 tsp black pepper
    salt to taste
    4. Quinoa Fried Rice
    1 1/2 cup quinoa, cooked
    3 eggs
    1 carrot, chopped
    1/3 cup frozen peas
    1/2 cup cauliflower or broccoli, chopped
    1/2 cup cabbage, chopped
    2 scallions, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1-2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    2 tbsp coconut or olive oil
    5. Chicken Wraps:
    1 1/2 lbs / 650g chicken breast, skinless, boneless
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp chili flakes
    1 tsp ground black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp mint, dried
    1/2 cup yogurt
    1/2 tsp dill, dried or 1 tbsp fresh
    salt and pepper to taste
    hummus
    1 cup chopped cabbage
    everyday salad
    cooked broccoli
    3-4 tortillas
