Thank you,

I'm tired of female aggression being treated like it's okay. As a woman, if I see aggression from anybody of either gender, I'm on guard. This whole glorification of "female rage" that I keep seeing sounds like people trying to glamorize anger issues and abuse.
Yep it's just bullying. Bottom line
Agreed. I feel the same about female sexual harassment and creepiness.
While not equal physically, everyone should be equal in the eyes of the law in Western, first world countries. Can't have it both ways, legally. Unless it's rich vs poor, of course :p
I think there may be an element of Marxist subversion at play when female and "minority" aggression is almost being promoted. At the very least it is often condoned, everybody is worse off if it continues.
Thank you very much. I've been wondering why more people don't point this out. Bully's flock together.
Cause she's a woman and black.
@@DaveMcIroy if the reverse happened we would have cancelled serena [the Asian tennis player threatening the black Lineswoman ] a long time ago. Just sayin'. And whenever women like serena say "us women are sisters, we are linked not ranked" this clip flashes in my head.
Thank you!! I remember watching this and seeing serena’s behaviour and I thought it was appalling. The woman is a fantastic sports woman no question but her attitude and the way she dealt with that situation was shocking. She really let herself down. She was losing and threw a hissy fit and started directing her frustration at others. It really grates me when people start using racism, sexism or ‘poor mental health’ as excuses for their bad behaviour. It doesn’t excuse it. These are genuine serious problems that are happening in the world and you are just using it to get a ‘get out of jail free card’ so you don’t have to take accountability and responsibility for yourself. Grow up.
when you are in a position of power, fame or authority over someone, you should NEVER attack them. You should deal with it in a calm , diplomatic manner.
As you pointed out this behaviour is not exclusive to any immutable characteristic
I love the way you explain facts, and I'm still waiting on your new video about harry and meghan
Love frm india 🇮🇳
It’s sound funny and scripted at some point 😅 that she threatened her and they did nothing
I hope the shorts bring more people to the channel, but I do miss the full length videos and more in depth analyses.
Coming soon!
@@BaggageClaim Any chance you'll do Velma?
Love from India 🇮🇳
BOOM, Just The Truth. Enough said.
Yeah, Serena has shown her bad sportsmanship on more than one occasion. I'm sure she is used to winning and she is a amazing tennis player but her attitude is really off putting.
He is so aggressive 😳 Why threaten someone 1/4th the size of him.
**SHE*
Serena pointed her racket at Shino Tsurubuchi and said “If I could I'd take this ****** ball and shove it down your ******* Throat” later, when caught being a horrible bully : “ Were you scare? Because I said I would hit you”. I mean, you can't get more twisted than being the victim of your own aggression towards others.
Damm Baggage, where have you been? I've been looking forward to your analysis of the Harry/Megan situation. The Mockumentary, The Book, The cascade of developments constantly popping up. Hopefully it's not a personal issue and you're working on something indepth or long-form. Either way, I hope you're in good spirits! Cheers!
Same, I was hoping she'd bring in all the details and context
She's stronger than most men, an absolute beast of a woman with anger issues. The little lady was totally justified in being scared. Williams should have been ejected.
I agree. I would not want to get physically challenged by any athlete -even of the same gender. I am also a petite East Asian woman, and I would be scared.
She is nothing but a roid rager and the inflated praise that she received throughout her career will go down as equivalent to Lance Armstrong's in the history books. She locked herself in her panic room when the testers came and acted like a drama queen. She is also exactly the kind of person MeMe attracts/is attracted to because they all act the same.
So appreciated this video and you!!
Truth
The djoker one at the us Open was a Joke. Totally rigged
she also said that the ref was sexiest which is absurd.
Yeah, the ref was only like the 3rd sexiest there.
I had no idea this even happened! How atrocious
I'd never heard about this either. Not too shocking I suppose.
WE NEED ANOTHER MEGAN AND HARRY
Yeah man, they are so entertaining. I always share their reels with my gf and I am like, lol at least we better
Honestly I want them to just go away. But first I'd like them to explain why they thought moving to the US was a good idea. They obviously still want the limelight but we in America quite famously got rid of all those silly royals over two centuries ago. Harry and Megan don't actually _do_ anything so I don't understand why they didn't realize people were going to get tired of them and all their BS drama quickly.
Where the hell have you been? Honestly i thought you've been kidnapped or something. 🤣🤣Happy you're still ok. Keep up the good work.
I'd be scared of Serena Williams
Serena said "people" said worse things than she. But later on, she emphasized again and again that "men" players have said worse.
FYI: Roid rage can happen to women too.
Hopefully, Serena, has learned from this behavior.
She has not. She uses it to this day as an exemple of when she suffered racism and sexism not of someday that she lost her temper and shouldnt have
@@warribe She's a great tennis player but she has a hard time accepting that any criticism of her actions isn't necessarily rooted in racism or sexism. Or even that common mistakes aren't rooted in racism and sexism. When the New York Times had an article about her but accidently ran a picture of her sister Venus she used it as an example of how people like her are "overlooked by ingrained systems woefully unaware of their biases; because even I am overlooked."
What a crock of shit.
Tell me who your friends are and I’ll tell you who you are….. 🤷🏽♀️
It would nice if she could stop using "people have done worse" as a defense. I highly doubt numerous other women tennis players have threatened to hit courtside workers. Even if they had that doesn't excuse her bullying behavior. Just because others throw temper tantrums doesn't make it okay for her to do so.
Serena Williams also owes Naomi Osaka a public apology. We know Osaka has anxiety issues; in fact she's dropped out of major tournaments because of it. I doubt it helped that her victory over Williams at the US Open featured Serena going into a complete meltdown, resulting in the fans booing Osaka when she was being interviewed after her victory. Apparently Serena apologized in private saying something like "I'd never do anything to take away from the accomplishment of any woman of color". Well, you did Serena. Perhaps you should own up to it.
Serena Williams: Sorry, but I'm not sorry.
when are you doing a video on velma and mindy kaling???
The sexism or racism accusations get their their gravitas diminished each time they are used in situations that don't call for them. 🙄
waiting for the Harry update!
I missed youuu, been waiting if you will ever post about Spare book and how Meghan might be behind it lol
You think a great champ would be gracious in defeat. Not the case here
It's Tennis, there is a code. Otherwise the sport is ruined.
When/where can we see the full video? I really with you’d upload more but these videos must take a long time to put together.
Here you go! Watch the full video here: czcams.com/video/75WG0ny42xc/video.html
@@BaggageClaim aw thank you! Sorry, I thought it was a new video. I don’t think I’ve seen it though.
It's not politically correct to criticize a black person the same way you would criticize a white person.
I never liked the Williams sisters. There's just people you see for the first time and you don't like them.
Hello Baggage, this was a very good video, I really appreciate what you are doing with your channel, it could be possible if you did a video about Andrew tate? I think that would be a very interesting topic, due to his controversy and statements about the matrix and the plans that the elite have for us. Thank you very much.
but muh reparations
When's the next video?
While I think Serena was in the wrong in the clip (and maybe I'm just missing background on why this short was made, correct me if I'm not aware), it also seems like you're bringing up a 14-year old clip of someone for an argument of who they are today... especially in the heat of competition people say things that are big overreactions. Anyway, since I think your arguments are almost always very well reasoned, this short seemed a bit out of the blue since it's digging up old stuff on a person. There's also nothing in the video to suggest Serena was basing her argument in either racism or sexism... maybe there's just info not included in the short, but as a viewer watching this short standalone it seemed out of character for you to make this kinda vid.
Serena uses it to this day as an example of racism. It clearly is an example of who she is today.
@@fandomking8939 wasn’t aware of that- it’s not mentioned here. my point was partially about the short lacking proper context
What does her race have to do with anything? Why did you feel the need to specify the race of the referee?
I would be scared asf if i were the other lady S.Williams threatened. Who wants to get physically challenged by an athlete 🥲
I don’t know enough about tennis to know what was going on. What was the lines person doing? And did Serena definitely mean hit her like attack her? Could she not have meant “if you’re standing there you might get hit by the ball”? This seems SO nasty, I’m just trying to make sure I understand it for what it is
She was clearly angry and threatened the referee, not okay.
@@Kasual7 absolutely. I didn’t mean to excuse it, I’m just shocked. Especially where it seems like she mocks the person, then justifying it.
I think it's really respectable of you for seeing this and not immediately thinking the worst, but instead finding ways to understand before make a judgement. I never see anyone do that anymore and I really think it's so mature and intelligent!
@@KitBarKat21 Thank you Gir that’s very kind
Hey those people are scary and intimidating when angry. I’d be scared too
