Sultan Murad (Metin Akdülger) learns that Kösem Sultan wanted to kill him. Bağdat’tan dönen Sultan Murad, aldığı savaş yaralarıyla iyice takatten düşer. Hastalığı iyice ilerleyen Sultan Murad yatağa düşer. Sultan Murad’ın vaziyetinin kötü olduğunu öğrenen Kösem Sultan oğlunun başında bekler. Ana oğul hasta yatağında hesaplaşır.

Open the door of cruelty and never close it again... This line is for both of them. And .. 'fear and doubt like poison' not only for kasim but also for murad that finished everything. Kosem is 100% right. ☠️
I think she was right, this just make it worse for both of them, kasim would no longer have that innocence after being locked up...and Murad would fear his brother would rebel for that punishment and dethrone him, but well kosem is the only one to see the bigger picture.
Kasim was never innocent even before this remember when he was saying to Ibrahim that Murat will kill us

Kasim deserved punishement. But i understand kosem. She was acting as a mother.
This would not have happened if Kasim had got his own harem as he came of age
I think the rules have changed, they no longer send princes to govern a province, either for decreasing any chance of rebelion, or they simply enjoy their life too much in palace

@@elzbietabetlej4085 no, it was only allowed for the prince's who's father was a sultan. In this case their brother is the sultan, so definitely his brother have his own bloodline and he will definitely want to Continue his own bloodline.
But if any Prince have his own child specially son, they might start rebellion to protect themselves as well their sons life also.
So it's prohibited for them until their brother is alive.
No princes who lived in capital could not get a harem. Only when they went to the provinces.
Kosem would have no problem having another concubine's son executed for doing what Kasim did. But she wants the rules bent for her. Kasim knew that what he did carried a death sentence, but he went ahead anyway. Murad forgave Kasim and locked him up with Mustafa which did seem to mean that at some point Murad would find a reason to let Kasim out. Kosem just keeps on pushing the wrong buttons with Murad.
True. Murad did the right thing by punishing kasim. Getting locked up for a few days is better than dying for the crime he committed.

I dont think kosem would let murad give the punishment of execution if it was another concubines child, she knew that beyazid had a relationship with a free women and the punishment for that was death for both of them yet kosem didn't say anything

@@Sky-tv4wb yess I agree, but what I said I was responding to the claim that kosem would let murad kill one of his other brothers if he did the same thing and bayazid did do something comparable (maybe not as severe but nonetheless not allowed and had the same punishment) but she didn't tell murad she didn't want him to die
