Click here to watch The Rise Of Hurrem 👉 • The Rise Of Hurrem - M...
At the age of 26, when he ascended to the throne, Sultan Suleiman aimed to build an empire more powerful than Alexander the Great and to render the Ottomans invincible. Throughout his 46-year reign, he became the greatest warrior and ruler of both East and West.
The young Suleiman received news of his succession to the throne during a hunting party in 1520. Unaware that he would be ruling a reign beyond his dreams, he left behind his wife son and took to the road with his close friend and companion Pargali Ibrahim to reach the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. As they started their journey overland, an Ottoman ship set sail from Crimea in the Black Sea, bringing female slaves as gifts for the Ottoman palace… On this ship was Alexandra La Rossa, the daughter of a Ukrainian Orthodox minister, taken away from her family and sold to the Crimean palace. She had no idea that she would become Hurrem, wife of Sultan Suleiman and mother of princes, ruling the empire with him through bloodshed and intrigue.
As Sultan Suleiman conquered the world, his great passion for Hurrem would clash with his love for and trust in his closest friend and advisor, Grand Vizier Pargali Ibrahim, all set against the backdrop of the tension between Christian Europe and the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century.

Sultan suleyman has world's best acting....his face especially eyes expresses all emotions ...no requirement for words
too much facial hair for anything else
@@miket1064 the real sultan had those facial hair. So they just copied the look 😒
@@miket1064 as a woman I love the beard!! It's a great beard 😍
Hurrem sultan finally defeats Ibrahim agha once and for all.
Justice for Leo.
Good riddance to bad rubbish.
Ibrahim Aga 💀💀😭
Hey freak stop using your bot accounts again just because others dont like hurrem. You have done the same 2 years ago
@@tanjaceren984I'm not lol
@tanja ceren I'm NOT doing that. And I'm not that word. Maybe you are
When Ibrahim met with the envoys in his home, had a throne set up, called himself the ruler of the sultan, that HE had all the power etc. he was not thinking that the scribe was writing down every word of the meeting....therefore unaware Sueliman would ever read it. From his own mouth Ibrahim signed his death decree.
No he was aware the scribe was writing because at some point there is a scene where the scribe was shocked by what he was about to write and even stopped writing and hesitated and ibrahim made a gesture for him to write it down , that's how big his pride and ego have gotten
@@Nox.the.nightingale Yes, I remember that scene...very foolish of him to venture that far. If Sueliman would have let Hatice read those scripts....things would have turned out differently I"ll bet. (she would have known the real reason, other than blaming Hurrem).
Actually, it was Ibrahim' s own fault, his ego and his pride. Everybody always blames Hurrem, but this time it wasn't her. Ibrahim was getting more bold and more outrageous, it all finely caught up with him.
I agree with you. He placed himself above the sultan. Suleiman wasn't going to tolerate that. Ibrahim was arrogant and egotistical. He believed he was untouchable. He believed he could do whatever he wanted to anyone he wanted whenever he wanted and he could get away with it. I feel bad for Hatice but she was obsessed with Ibrahim. They had a toxic relationship and her love for him was unhealthy. He used her and abused her then blamed her for everything. She was better off without him. Instead of helping her heal, the people around her (like Gulfem, Mahidevran, Shah, Mustafa, etc) encouraged her to keep seeking revenge which didn't help matters at all.
It's understandable that Hürrem didnt want her kids being involved in her foghtd, but at a certain point she really, really should have filled in Mehmet and Mihrimah on her affairs. Mehmet especially, they cant protect themselves if they're ignorant of their mother's enemies. This is something Mehmet eventually paid the ultimately price for.
This is probably why her kids ended up making that stupid pact with Mustafa too. By the time she tried to get through to them about the danger it was too late.
Mahidervan blamed Hurrem for her grandson getting smallpox, so later she made sure Mehmet was fatally exposed to it and died. In Ep. 103, you can see Mahidervan smile when her concubine told her that Mehmet had succumbed to smallpox. A very dirty victory for that witch!! No less dirty than Mustafa getting strangulated by Hurrem and Rusty plotting against him! But then, how many dirty tricks did they play on each other?
@@hurremsultannss But who became sultan?
Right, one of the childs of hürrem
Hurrem claims Ibrahim's death as her own victory and everyone believed that was the case. It's a mere coincidence, though, he died because of his own multiple wrongdoings, Sultan made his mind up solely based on these findings.
Ibrahim's death is one of my favorite episodes. My other favorites include Mustafa's death, Shah getting banished from Istanbul, and the execution of Fatma's husband. Of course, the ascension of Hurrem to Haseki is also a fav along with Hurrem's wedding day.😊
One of my favorites is when Firuze's secret is discovered and she's sent away. Also when we see Selim's son with his favorite Safiye whom was a gift from Mihrimah. I also like where Mahidevran has control of the harem taken from her and it's given to Hurrem. Another good one is where Hurrem finds out she's pregnant with Mehmet. There are so many good scenes including the ones you mentioned.
One of my favorite episodes îs the one when fatima pays for burning Hurrem's face
I also love the episode of shah banishment, because it contains a death of mehmet
@@empresskrissy1527 i love the scene where mahidevran with her stupidity make harem in debt
Same. My other favourite part is when Haticce came and angry at Hurrem for helding the festive while she still mourning, then Mihrimah defense her and Suleiman told Haticce he allowed it. 😂
Do you know why Hurrem always win? As she learned how to handle her emotions, how to stay focused, composure (especially in public).
You can see the difference between her in the 1st eposiodes and her now. She truly became queen.
I get that the plot and the drama have to go a certain way but HOW can Mehmed and Mihrimah be so reserved when listening to Hatice raving against their mother? I would be fuming and would have thrown her out
They're used to it by now.
Hurrem did what any wife will do to protect her husband and her place as the loyal loved one. Period!
How dare hatice talk like that to haseki sultan? We all know what happened to fatma when she did it irl. Same should have happened to hatice here!!!
The actors are sooo good❤
20:35 as per prophecy from episode 46, Hurrem sultan as dragon will overcome them all one by one and win! The path to valide sultan position is open for her. The title belongs to her.
I think Haseki title more suitable to her. Indeed valide sultan was the highest title for women in Ottoman, but Hürrem achieved valide power without being valide, but through new position created specifically for her, haseki sultan, and other women followed her path. That's made her unique. Haseki Sultan was Hürrem's signature.
@@keizelharf5393 that's true too but having both in one is super.
Hurrem sultan is the definition of haseki as kosem sultan is of valide sultan
Like Michael when he was about to kill Fredo.
It sure is!
Tbh i feel sad for ibrahim and hatice here. Ibrahim wanted to keep the water under the bridge and be on cordial terms with Hurrem numerous times.. if only he didnt let his ego get to him..and maybe Hatice would've reconciled with Hurrem too eventually.. even Ebusuud Kadi warned ibrahim about not letting his ego get to him
That's his central flaw: his hubris. He was hubristic in every sense when he killed Leo (the very thing that caused her to want his death - and in the original Greek hubris means arrogance but also violence) and he continues to be hubristic and that will be his demise.
While he may have wanted to be on at the very least "civil" terms at some points with Hurrem, that doesn't change the fact that Ibrahim wanted Mustafa to sit on the throne after Suleiman. Ibrahims wanting of that essentially means that they were going to be on opposite sides and enemies regardless.
In this world no one acter is like hurrem
Why did he kill him
Have you not been watching the full episodes???
Anak2 Sultan yg d anggap mengancam tahta tidak segan2 untuk d singkirkan, apalagi hanya seorang budak seperti Ibrahim .

Nice chatting with you again shosho!! It's been awhile. I see you still label and paint everyone with the same brush.. 🙄... I've spoken for and against Hurrem when it calls for it.
