Hiya Folks! Put my heart & soul into this just to pay respect to the great Legacy of the Lich King, Arthas & the Death Knights. This movie is my way of portraying the transition from Arthas to Bolvar, Darion & the new 4 horsemen, Vol’jin’s Whispers, and the road to Shadowlands. I’ve also summed up the main plot points & conflicts from BFA that you’ll need to be aware of heading into Shadowlands. I have high hopes for this upcoming expansion and I’m sure they have great things in store. Take care for now!

The dialogue, the cinematic direction, music & glorious VA's. Just perfect in every way. Something that Blizz still delivers to this day with their cinematic team/department.

Yeah ... same here, WotLK was the best form of WoW evolved from classic and TBC. The "modern WoW" will never be THE TRUE WORLD OF WARCRAFT !!!
I always compare WoTLK cinematic with Arkham Knight. They are very similar
Wotlk was the peak of wow... It had it allll... legion was the only other xpac to barely match that level.

Truly a great work. To enjoy all that content and lore one should walk at least two full campaigns(for both sides). With so little time left until the Shadowlands this work is just a perfect way to catch up and see what has happened/is happening for the other side.

Having Arthas become the unsung hero in Shadowlands would be the best thing ever. Maybe have him and Bolvar become a tag team duo, against Sylvanas. Now wouldn't that be one hell of a reunion.

Glad to hear. The way certain events escalated in BFA leaves a lot of conflicts to look forward to in BFA, primarily Tyrande and the NELVES revenge against Sylvanas, and the resurgence of the Ebon Blade coming back into the story since Legion.

I assume Loa of Kings, in place of Rezan. That way he would also get some screentime with Talanji, since she is now Queen of the Zandalari, and Rezan was lastly tied to Rastakhan's bloodline.

In the end of Shadowlands, she grows to the size of a Titan, pulls the sword out of Azeroth and then clashes with Sargeras in the Twisting Nether. Not as crazy as it sounds at this point.

@@BloodWold94 Illidan almost followed that path; enemy turned ally, then almost turned into a golden flying god thing by some benevolent being... the parallels are a little annoying actually... then Illidan went emo cause he wanted to keep his scars and the chandelier hit the floor... If Sylvanas changes her tune at the end and does the sacrificial play, it just won't work... but anything really is, and sadly so in some regards, possible...

It would be awesome if N'zoth just let us think we killed him (Ny'alotha was *his* vision, after all) so that he could be left alone to bide his time and regain his full strength... perhaps waiting for a time when we are no longer there to defend Azeroth.
@@bleakvista that is most likely what actually happened. In Nylotha the tree boss that we fight in legion is back and with more whispers about the future. His whispers in legion became true and I doubt we could actually defeat nzoth so easy.

@@garrettkiley522 yeah but when you beat him in legion his line is about him going to Ny'alotha so I don't think we were meant to think he was dead in that case. I'm still hoping for a light and void expansion after Shadowlands. Void cosmetics would look fantastic.

Legion was Illidan's redemption expansion. and shadowlands will be Arthas's it was obvious since the expansion reveal..
to be fair it will be sylvanas and arthas redemption.. trust me on this one.. she understood that arthas was "right" (considering there is no going back for the damneds.. sylvanas did try to recreate her links with her past self.. there is no place for the damneds among the livings and no place for them in the afterlife... tough circle)..
pretty sure we will all go "ooooh damn that was the idea behind the scourge" fast enough and understand why characters like arthas and sylvanas acted the way they did (cant be forgiven.. but can be understood)
Both characters were mentality torn appart in their respective ways

Even Sargeras made the burning legion to fight the Void Lords, but like Illidan, Sylv and Arthas he got too extreme and misunderstood by the "heroes".

There are 2 outcomes:
1. Shit tons of dead stuff pour through and make players have to do the same in order to stop it.
2. Fight the Void Lords who are the worst, smelliest, and the most wicked of villain of Azeroth that had been hinted over and over in the game.

Imagine Sylvanas being right for once (but Blizz will never do that). "Right" as Azeroth literally being a prison for souls that keeps them in the never-ending circle of rebirth and suffering. In this context just being killed once isn't that bad, but suffer again and again (because living in Azeroth is almost as bad as in WH universe) is worse. So if she actually destroy the thing that bound all the souls to Azeroth and let everyone to pass on, it may be a good things. But Blizz don't have balls for that.
37:40 Tyrande has utterly FAILED as the Nightwarrior. . . 3 MORE times she's allowed Azshara to escape and make another deal. Azshara made a deal with Nathanos, Sylvanas, and Now the Jailer/Ner'Zhul. Bringing the total to 5 times! Elune was betrayed by her Brother Sargeras, her champion Azshara:
Who scarred Azeroth so deeply with attempting to summon Sargeras, created a wound that required the aid of Queen Therazane, and making a swirling maelstrom to keep it from eating itself whole. who THEN made a deal with N'zoth that cursed her own people, and banished the rest to a in between state, who THEN lured the people to the cursed land, and almost killed them with the same water. who THEN made a deal with Nathanos, who then met with Sylvanas to carve yet another deal.
ALL the suffering and death of 5 expansions are a direct result of Azshara, and until she falls, the nighwarrior has but 1 damn job. If her brother in law were back on Azeroth, Nathanos, Sylvanas, and Azshara would ALL be dead. BEING Illidan and acting/thinking as Illidan would are 2 completely different things all together.
Her becoming the Nightwarrior is only because Sylvanas burned Teldrassil. Azshara might've been there in the background but Sylvanas burned Teldrassil on her own volition

God Illidan really meant it when he said "YOU ARE BOT PREPARED!" Even with the wrath of Elune on her side, the best Tyrande could do is flash moonlight. Illidan killed Guldan by just picking him up and flapping his wings.

It can be really easy to mess up a fan favorite character, hopefully it is done correctly.
I'd love to see Arthas return as the unsung hero in Shadowlands, kind of how Illidan got his redemption in Legion. Maybe now free of the Lich King's corruption, we may see how he feels about the events that unfolded since the day he picked up Frostmourne. I'd love to see a tag team duo of Arthas and Bolvar against Sylvanas.

I would sincerely like that in the next expansion, that the "bad guys" win, seriously it would do Blizzard so much good that during an expansion they lose. We keep telling us the Jailor is by far the most powerful enemy we will fight, should be won, it makes a good extension with an incredible ending and a most interesting sequel "How are we going to get out of this?"

@L M She's been poorly written since she brought only one poisoned arrow to kill Genn and your inability to see past her cleavage is the real problem. A writer hijacked a lore character to make a self insert husband for her who did nothing but insult the horde players.

Bolvar helps us enter the Shadowlands with a host of death knights, and then later joins us there with more knights. He lost because Sylvannas has been granted power by an incredibly powerful death god type figure she's been feeding souls to since the start of BfA. We know that even powerful figures like the Loa and titan watchers like Eyir are weak compared to The Jailer and other powerful figures in the Shadowlands.
