Crude but effective?... May you get enough followers win some races...and sell parts to get a manual or CNC mill... Engine sure sounds crispy... Good job
The cold seizure is kinda common with these hybrids but fortunately, even the cheapest of cylinders is 1000x more durable than a China doll. Give er 5 seconds and pop the clutch.
Typical Darcy clutch right there 🤷♂️. I’ll have a video on my channel this fall of blowing up my Darcy clutch with either 8ga cannon or Barrett 50cal. RDManu stage 3 or 4 all the way!!!
What sucks is California the home of motorized bike clubs is starting to regulate any kind of engine most sites don’t ship their engines to CA anymore because of all the tedious rules
The tachometer took a turn for the worse but somewhere in the 10-12k rpm range (gearing was 10/30t on 24" wheel) no vibration issues but that was really just a matter of luck with the stock crank
It must be a certain cylinder, I put a 70 kit on my old bws a few years ago but the intake goes in the case not the head. Any of them I'm seeing online only has an exhaust port, but no intake on the actual cylinder.
Best kind of youtube video right here. Nuts and bolts builds from scratch.
Good job! Runs really good.
Well done on the motorized bicycle keep the videos coming🚴♂️💨💨💨💯👍
Thank you. Trying to get better at filming and editing. Also, just havent had a lot of time lately
@@dirtesgarage8733 no worries that video was cool to me thanks for your reply
Nice video, its hard to get pre built kits over here in the UK so I'm gonna make one
Nice bike, keep up the good videos
Nice. Doing your own spacers.
Hi My friend Nice bike
Is the wildcat pk80 short rod or long rod? 38mm or 40mm stroke?
wish you put links for the stuff specially the clutch plate looks sick
S-a-f super clutch from blakoonmotorizedbikes.com

Lol?????? Not common at all on minarelli builds. Stop passing false info along gesh...
I am joking with you lol. Sorry had to since everyone else picks on ya lol! Love the bike ya made while back they called china garbage too lol!
Please use eye protection when shaving metal :O
and please mind that huge nose of yours.
MOMMY!
Can you build the intake adapterfor the reed. AnD carb?
Hey Joe how's the minarelli treating you I'm finally building one on the wild cat bottom end.
Far as I know it's still going decent. I sold it to Mitch G. On fb pages

I have the revised Darcy clutch now and it works flawless. If I remember correctly, most of the issue here was grease on the pads
@@dirtesgarage8733 I never got any grease on the pads but I did have to replace the bucking bar and clutch arm often.

Some have hinted that the studs line up but are too small? Is this correct?
All you have to do is enlarge the stud holes in the jug/head/gasket (or use bicycle engine head gasket) to fit the 8mm studs
@@dirtesgarage8733 Oh neat.
Where did he get the sheet of aluminum
For the spacer plate? Got it off amazon for 15$ or you can order a spacer already made from smolikperformance.com
Also what's that orange thing on your clutch cable?
An easy pull clutch cable adjuster. Mostly for stunt riding sportbikes
Mines nice and quit it’s on grubee skyhawk bottom end
U have new bike righ?
Howdy, so did you go with a balanced crank or keep it stock?
Full budget build.. Stock crank in there. Lots of room for improvement and it still hit 60mph in another video
@@dirtesgarage8733 very neat! Any idea what rpms are you hitting? Any vibration issues?
The tachometer took a turn for the worse but somewhere in the 10-12k rpm range (gearing was 10/30t on 24" wheel) no vibration issues but that was really just a matter of luck with the stock crank
You need some new clutch pads bro
Is that the standard 40mm topend?
47mm x 40mm stroke
You really need to true or center your rear sprocket. Can hear it wobble pretty bad. Other than that good job!
Thats just the way these are. Sprocket is cnc with cnc mount
Does anybody have a link to the cylinder?
Minarelli vertical 70cc. There are many many options available. Running top performance black trophy kit now
There are many, many options lol. Are we talking like a minarelli 70cc JOG type, like a bws big bore?
Yes the jog type minarelli vertical. Needs a spacer plate to adapt to bottom end
It must be a certain cylinder, I put a 70 kit on my old bws a few years ago but the intake goes in the case not the head. Any of them I'm seeing online only has an exhaust port, but no intake on the actual cylinder.
Check out smolikperformance.com
Mine rips to lol
Stock berrings will get destroyed xD
No safety glasses? Dumm
