few riding clips with the new lifan 150cc engine. paired with a piranha t-4 exhaust, it sounds amazing and absolutely rips! track is coming along nicely for only having a tiller, shovels, and a mower with trailer.

Sheeewww.. it's been a while.. china bicycle engine bottom end. 10mm spacer plate (spacer and case ported/ machined) for the top performance minarelli cylinder kit, mikuni vm18 carb, smolik performance Reed intake... very basic, all porting done by hand including making the spacer plate. Bike was a 24 inch schwinn corvette, still used the coster brakes 😳🤣

Hey bud you are def not hitting close to 60mph on a 70cc 24 in wheel bike. Your speedometer needs to be properly configured its defaulted to 26 in wheels and u need to set it to 24 in. Every revolution of the wheel the cpu thinks u are traversing more distance than u really are cuz a 26 in wheel covers more distance per revolution than a 24😂 in. This is skewing ur actual mph. Dont mean to burst ur bubble i just know u got an instrument not giving u correct data and wanted to let u know and how to resolve. Cool bike btw.

I use dish soap and scotch bright if something is really nasty like an oil pan I'll use automatic dishwasher gel... I use the scotch bright in the kitchen first and when it's tired it either gets to clean the bathroom or something greasy... I have a scrub brush just for cleaning chain lube off my white walls tires... I clean the brush on the brick pavers

You’re gonna need a new carb
Regular carbs won't work inline with the turbo bc the turbo will push gas back into carb, his carb is on the intake of the turbo

Realistically it was probably like 5-6
Ehhh you’d be surprised, you’ll need a fuel controller/ manual carb in order to properly tune your engine to produce boost and fuel can at that point you’d need a small enough turbo for the engine so that it doesn’t lose hp trying to spin the turbine , so no realistically it probably produced 1-2 psi if even that tbh. Not trying talk shyt tho I’m trying to do the same thing to my predator 212 just though I’d share some info , aesthetically it looks and sounds cool af , realistically it ain’t doing anything for you lol look into “megasquirt ego controllers” or manual carbs so you can further tune your air/fuel mixture and everything else
@outcome2715 it's honestly a lot easier than you think. They have been turboing vw beetles long before f.i.. This is the smallest usable turbo you're going to find. This was FAR from tunes, or even built half proper, and it still DID make boost. Realistically 4-6 psi max and without boost controller/ wastegate mods, it would never produce more. Is it efficient? No. Does it work? Yes. Biggest key is turbo as close to head as possible, high compression piston, big cam, and a lot of port work/ bigger valves etc
@@dirtesgarage8733 how much of hp gain would you sau you got? could you run this reliably? considering doing a similar build over the winter i just need more info into this but it seems like your saying, it might be simpler than im actually thinking

To small of a 4 stroke to create a boost by default because of values.That turbo is for a 446cc engine and even those can't spool one up very well....
