Decided to do a workout with no ankle weights, just wearing shoes, and I still burned 300 active calories but my average heart rate was lower than with the ankle weights at 113bpm, so it appears the weights help my heart rate get out of zone 1 but may not help me burn off more calories, according to my watch. I really enjoyed this exercise though, thank you.

I found your channel last month and this is the fourth walking workout or yours I have done. I am in recovery for a knee injury and have been searching for low impact workouts that don't hurt my knee but are still engaging and make me feel like I worked hard. Your walking workouts tick every box! I get a sweat up, my arms and abs burn and my knees don't hurt afterwards! It's amazing! Thankyou for creating accessible workouts that pack a punch!
Congrats on the 120K! Apple Watch Setting: Mixed Cardio Active Calories: 310 Total Calories: 378 Approx Steps: 4,096 Average HR: 136 Used 1.5lb ankle weights on each ankle. Still have a very sore wrist from 2 weeks ago so I still cannot do anything involving that. Great workout!!

Another fun walk to work the entire body. Really enjoyed the ab exercises. It really helped to stretch out those side obliques. 4,330 steps and 169 active calories burned. 🤍🤍🤍

I love it! Did it a bit more active (with jumps) and some jumping Jacks during rest! I live it a lot!
