At the time of this comment, This is your most recent video, and it's 7 months old. What did you do, finally move away? As a kid, I lived on Lenox St, Churchlea Pl, Frost Ave, and West Ave from 1960 to 1978, all around Bulls Head Plaza. . . . For the people watching these Ra Chest Aa videos, when you see empty lots with little short white posts along the sidewalk or street in front of those lots, just keep in mind that there USED to be houses and tax payers there. Slow the video down to 25% speed, and you'll still have a hard time counting all the vacant property. The working and tax paying owner-occupied property owners are all gone. Rochester USED to be one of the top 5 wealthiest cities in America. Check out all the majestic old architecture throughout the city. It is now a GLARING example of the"Section 8" WELFARE STATE in all its DECAYING ugliness. No pride of ownership. To think that Xerox Tower is no longer where Xerox is, and that the plan is to make it into apartments. . . . For who? . . . Downtown is a hood. That's why Xerox moved to Webster. Just imagine 33 floors of cockroaches and urine smelling elevators! That's what Rotten Chester is!
Nope I still live in this dump and Lincoln first is apartments now too. almost every building downtown are apartments and like you said downtown is the hood.
@@jessegomes6366 Rochester was never a safe and friendly place to live, especially the city. Been here all my life. I now live in the suburbs to get away from the violence.
@@marshasantiago lol I was joking... of course it's dangerous. But it's not the worst in the nation at least. Cities like Philadelphia and Baltimore are worse. Even tho the size of those cities are bigger per capita it's worse
