These last few weeks have been absolutely crazy with launching the summer challenge for Soul Sync Body and prepping for my wedding coming up. I cannot believe it is almost here! Very soon, I will be able to share with you all one of the most memorable days of my entire life and I could not be more excited!!
With all of the prepping, packing, and traveling I have ahead of me, I have been making sure that I am taking extra care of myself and prioritizing my health more than ever. It is SO important that I am fueling my body with the essential foods and nutrients it needs to feel its best throughout all of the traveling and last minute stressors that come along with getting ready for a wedding. When it comes to nutrients, I make sure that AG1 is a non-negotiable in my daily routine. That lunch was basically one slice of bread and one egg. How's that enough? And only a low-calorie smoothie when you wake up before 7 a.m. and are this active? I would literally be starving. I guess we're all different...
