I've had a few viewers request where they can buy the tools they see in some of my videos but it's not very clear that the "SHOW MORE" tab has a lot of information in that may be of interest. Having just done this trouble shooting a problem, I can tell you how to easily install the filter side, if you follow the metal bracket from the pipes to filter housing, you will notice you can unclip that side, makes installing easy as no bending of pipes, and can use the metal hanger to easily steer pipes though to pump side

Thank you my friend! This is exactly the info I need. I placed my Mini S in storage 10 years ago with 37,000 mile on it. I will be visiting it in a few days and get it running again. The first chore is to completely drain or more acutely remove the gasoline from the fuel tank which is topped up full. I am a retired MB tech and some of the Benz's used this same kind of set up. That's when I started counting the days till I could retire! How to get to the fuel rail on a super charged engine? I have the repair manual waiting for me when I get back to the car. Thanks

Thanks for this. I will attempting to replace the filter housing shortly, as I believe I have an issue with the regulator not keeping pressure, takes a few goes of pump prime to get it started. I rencetly wanted to change the fuel filter and we pulled everything outside cleaned the pippes and everything i also wanted to do it bcus my mini ran out of petrol with 10liters fuel on it so it had petrol but i think somthing was blocking the pomp from sucking the pertol on bottom after puting everything back together the Mini consumed all the fuel on it as it should but its not pulling hard like before it seems to be slower and am not very sure but i think its wasting more fuel then before and in the morning its not starting with the first time i need to try 2 times so it would start and during the day it start properly so can i please have your opinion what should be the problem?
