Not to discount the effort you made, Peter. Great job. However, I really loved the charm and simplicity of his previous setup. It was all about the craft of guitar making and less about the filmmaking.
Pete, free idea, CZcams channel rescues, but you have to do it Bar Rescue style... you're welcome.
Funny enough, Peter wouldn't even need to make any changes to a channel to rescue it. Him merely showing up would be enough of a boost for that channel to promote it way beyond where it otherwise would've been.

My 91 year old grandfather's garage was his machine shop. His body was 91 but his love of life made him 30. He would spend all day in there making handmade guitars. He was so fluid in his element. When I taught him how to look for videos on CZcams he was obsessed with watching everything as much as he could. He passed in 2016. I have no doubt he would have watched your dad's channel religiously. Cherish EVERY moment with your dad, I promise you it's time well spent. I miss my grandpa every single day.

Peter, "CZcamsr Maker Over" could definitely be your best thing and I volunteer to be your next project. Lighting in particular has always been a challenge for me with my shiny bald head.
Diffuse the light with a sheet of tracing paper and/or use the "edge" of the ray of light to illuminate yourself (if you have a light that looks like Peter's)! That should soften up the shine :)

I love this snapshot of the cycle of life. There was a span of years where the roles were reversed and your dad helped you get the most out of whatever project you were working on. For you to have the opportunity to return the favor so to speak is a really special thing. With that in mind, this might be the most meaningful video you've ever made. OMG Pete, Thank you! One of the things that I am struggling with most of all right now is being unhappy with my area. A lot of my video is just mirrored application but I do like the intro and outro to have my face. I started out with just sitting at my desk (which is in a corner *fml*) and shooting outward but now I'm thinking about turning my setup towards the corner to see my desk. This video definitely gives me some things to think about with a new perspective. Also, thank you for sharing your family and home life. I found myself laughing along and seeing myself and my father's relationship. Keep up the great work man.
