I never understand why whoever edits these @mlb recaps will show 5 innings of popups and then skip multiple outs and how multiple runners get on base in the 9th inning. Every time, without fail.

Yup, been saying this for a while, he has tons of potential he just needs to find a home somewhere else, jays are NOT the team for his talent. H3 deserves somewhere better
Both starting pitchers were done dirty here. They both played well enough to win and others messed it up.

Chad Green had a days rest. He isn't a starter who needs 4 or 5 days. He's the only guy equipped to be a closer right now. Again Shatkins is dropping the ball by going status quo. He's needed a closer for about a month and has done nothing. Romano needs surgery, Garcia is out, they didn't even try to keep Hicks. This Jays team is a monumental disaster lead by the front office. They have spent the last 2 years dismantling a promising young team. Now they are the edge of a rebuild???

I was at this game and only won because of Tyler Fitzgerald scoring on a wild pitch 9:30!! I was expecting us to lose BUT NO, we got that walk off thanks scoring!! Such a relief no extra innings!! Can’t believe we came back and let’s hope to win the series tomorrow 7/10 and I’ll be at tomorrow’s game and let’s see what’s going to happen with Mr. All Star Webb!! Great work and GO GIANTS!!

This in a nutshell is the 2024 Blue Jays. Different ways to blow games. Same result. Another loss. Waste of a great pitching effort.
Of course the Jays blow it when Kikuchi has a career outing. Why Schneider didn't pitch Greene instead of Richards to close the game is beyond me. Anyways, the important part of the game is that the Jays gave up 2 more HRs, putting their total at 123, just 182 left to make History!
I guess you'll be disappointed when they don't make history.

Jays biggest problem is when they get in this routine of being easy outs... dribblers up the middle, pop ups and bad strikeouts.
Bichette has been a mess all year, just sit him and work on whatever is bothering him.

Too bad Lee got injured, it would have been interesting to see a complete season. He seems to be a good player, but not great, and not worth what they are paying.
