anyone who knows me well enough knows how much the hunger games mean to me. once upon a time these books saved a 14 years old girl who didn’t want to live anymore and couldn’t handle the life itself, but was so curious about the ending of the mockingjay that it made her continue living despite everything. and peeta & katniss are like a dandelion in a spring for me ever since. the hope that life can be good and soothing someday and that love does overcome fear and desperation.
love that their relationship is far more than lovers. it’s not thirsty, it’s not passionate, but rather understanding, calming and soft. i love that they choose to care about each other every day willingly.
also realized it’s more like a pov from katniss perspective as it more explores her feelings for him but haha that’s a canon event

OH MY GOSH THIS IS A MASTERPIECE!!!!! This needs way more views! This so insanely well edited, like professional level. It has this epic vibe about it, so intense, but also beautiful, comforting, and sweet. I had chills and was almost crying. I have a couple top videos of them I’ve seen and this is up there as one of the best. The voiceovers, transitions, effects, and book quotes are amazing! I can’t tell you how good this is, I edit fan vids too but this next level. What program do you use? Cuz dang this was so good. I don’t always comment on videos but I had to with this one. Amazing job! 👏
