What kind of cars this guys got ? Is it also a submarine ? Cant believed this cars already under the water but still running ...its incredible.

If any of the evacuees wanna take a harmless pet please let them because 1/ Many people in New orleans wouldn't leave their property if they couldn't take their pets. 2/ It was heartbreaking to watch dogs and cats drown on youtube video is Katrian when many of these pets could have sat on the owner lap and not taken up any room on the boat but the national Gurad was saying no. and 3/ many of these people have lost all there possessions but phsychologically they can handle it if they know their family and pet (s) R safe. So don't argue with the little old lady if she wants to take her fluffy little dog. Just let her sit it on her lap.

Its to save room, Yes there might be some room what if there is 3 of th em dogs, They all start get excited of sorts jumping around shit goes down, And the lifes are at stack or when you could save 3 dogs you could save another humans life.

I think its a law now..or at least they cant deny people to come aboard with their pets!!
