Unfortunately I don’t know the exact square footage since it was an Airbnb but if I had to estimate it was probably between 900-1000 sq ft with the balcony!

That's an expensive condo because of it's perfect location probably close to Front St., the Convention Center and Union Station and within walking distance to St. Lawrence Market for fresh groceries. There's a Loblaws nearby as well. I know the area well. I would live further up north pass Eglinton. I'm not too fond of the water view except only during the summer season watching Sailboats in Lake Ontario. Used to work in the Yonge and Adelaide area and frequented the Eaton Centre and the financial district by Scotia Plaza.
So true!! It's an excellent location but definitely way better in the summer :)
