      it’s so true!!!! When I’m feelin unmotivated and ashamed or insecure about my body, I watch one of ur vids and feel 10 times better afterwards. ❤ And when I need a challenge I do one of ur workouts!!! 😂😊 I always feel so accomplished after I do one of ur workouts!!!! ❤ thank so much!

    I would be super happy if you would do a pilates workout playlist on CZcams😍 Maybe with workouts without twisting exercises because sadly I had a back surgery and I always have to skip twisting and one sided exercises in workouts ❤️ so I’m really glad that you did your previous pilates video the way it was🫶 have a nice day

    I love this! The idea of 3-2-1 in exercise is really good because I feel like if you're doing the same thing it can get a bit boring, and it also allows for a rest day! I do struggle a bit with sticking to plan tho lol

    Hey girl, you always ask what our workout routines are, so here you go: I go bouldering 3x per week, and I stay active for the rest of the days, for exaple going on 7-10km walks, using my bike for commute, doing a YT workout from time to time... Looking forward to spend more time outside now that it's getting warmer😍 hugs from Slovenia🤗🤗🤗

    Ahahaha on the 3rd minute…. I recently heard a GUY do the same noises at the gym 😅 and the entire gym was laughing and he couldn’t hear himself since he wore headphones

    Depuis maintenant presque 1 an que j'ai découvert les séances growingannanas, je suis tous les jours 2 à 3 séances chez moi. J'ai transformé mon salon en salle de sport. Tous les jours, 7/7.selon ma fatigue, je choisis les exercices et leurs intensités mais je ne reste jamais sans suivre ma chaîne préférée growingannanas.
    Et je suis contente que ces vlogs soient enfin traduits, car avant cela, je ne comprenais rien.

    In my case I love that I have to go out to the gym. I work from home so it's so good to have a place to go and see other people and breathe outside the house hahaha.

    Super motivierendes Video! Meine Workout Routine: Mo Krafttraining daheim, Di Spazieren, Mi Reformer Pilates, Do Schwimmen, Fr Krafttraining daheim, Sa Spazieren, So Schwimmen :) - Übrigens zum Thema Kosten für Reformer Pilates: ich wohne in Halle (Saale) und bezahle bei meinem Studio nur knapp die Hälfte von dem was meine Freundin in Berlin (und wahrscheinlich auch Anna) zahlt. Also vielleicht - je nach persönlicher flexibilität und Möglichkeit - lohnt es sich mal ein paar Meter außerhalb trendiger Viertel / Städte zu schauen, da ist es dann möglicherweise günstiger!!! :D

    Depending on your needs, I can really recommend the Salomon running vest. It molds to your body like another layer of clothing x
    Otherwise a running belt might be enough for you

    I am currently trying to lose a few kilos. My workout routine does not differ much per day, but I work out longer in the weekends. It's 5-10 minutes no jumping HIIT, 20 minutes wall pilates, and if i have time 30 minutes regular pilates, and then a 15 minute yoga workout or vinyasa yoga, or both if i have time

    Eres una chica inspiradora, sencilla y real. Sin pretensiones y afán por aparentar y muy disciplinada y metódica Me gusta tu canal, en realidad te descubrí ayer, pero ya he visto muchos de tus vídeos. Tengo 65 años y hace un año y medio que hago pilates/ Hiit y recientemente me he iniciado en hacer carreras, de hecho ya he realizado una carrera popular de 6,5km con muy buenos resultados para mí 😂🙈😅 00:51:00:34. Asisto a un pequeño centro de fisioterapia en mi pueblo y los monitores son maravillosos y todos ellos son fisioterapeutas. Mi grupo es de tres chicas, más jóvenes que yo, claro está. 😂😆 Me estoy poniendo en forma y gano fuerza. 💪 Casi podría asegurar que soy la más fuerte de todos los grupos.😂🤣 Empecé en esto para frenar la resistencia a la insulina y la osteoporosis, también con buena alimentación. Tus entrenamientos son geniales y te manejas estupendamente con los vídeos y las tomas.     My training is: 12 minutes and walking 15 minutes five days in a week. And I do 30 minutes saturday and 5 kilomètres sunday. In Summer, I have Time to do more. (It is always with you). Sorry, I am not good in english.

    How do you feel about "having 3-4 meals max not to have too many insuline spikes" vs "pre o post additional workout snacks"? For me it is hard to fit everything into daily routine.

      3-5 times a week is fine if it’s all u can fit in and they don’t have to be long as long as it’s consistant

      NEIN 🩷 ich mach auch NICHT JEDEN TAG sport, ich "bewege" mich jeden tag, also zum Beispiel geh ich manchmal auch einfach "nur" spazieren! du musst eine routine finden, die für DICH funktioniert und realistisch ist, und dann dran bleiben 🩷
