    So to sum up, she gets hit in the head by the camera, when she is in the bath tub, she bleeds until she passes out, and when you see her in the hospital, that’s her spirit, and the baby is her reincarnation. They had to add that last shot of Britney coming back up, because at the time they felt it was too dark to let her just die in the video.

      OK Gloria now that we know what we know we know that it’s not that at all the blood in the bathtub represents the at home abortion that she was forced to get the baby in the hospital is representative of the baby that she didn’t get to have when she says that you seem to move on easy that also is dealing with the at home abortion because she could physically feel her child dying and moving uneasy because it was dying The beginning of the song I honestly feel like she is speaking from the babies point of view basically saying take my hand notice me why are we strangers win our love is strong because if you know anything when a woman is pregnant with a baby there is a connection and a bond that is made, and you can feel that bond physically, and that was her speaking as the baby basically being like I’m here don’t do this to me. I love you. I’m your child and it’s so sad. Makes me cry listening to this song now I always knew something was deeper about this song. I just never really understood what it was but every time I would see her sing this song live she always would put her hand on her stomach and I always thought that is what pregnant women do to sanctify that they have a baby in them, and it’s only part of the song that she does that and it’s very much like her showing that she had a baby at one point that she was forced to give up with an abortion and it’s just so sad

    The label made her add the scene coming out of the bath because without it, it was "too dark"

    The song is mostly about the break up with Justin Timberlake. Notice she says “and this songs my sorry.”

    • @AvecPoesie
      @AvecPoesie Před 7 měsíci +4

      We now know the apology was for her unborn, aborted baby. Quite devastating yet profound...a lullaby for a baby never known.

    She’s the writer and composer of the song. In the original video she dies, that’s why you see her in the hospital next to a woman giving birth, she rebirths on the baby but it got backslash so they added the last scene. The song was a response to Justin Timberlake’s “Cry Me A River”, it’s about their breakup

    • @3mbracingautism
      @3mbracingautism Před měsícem

      OK, well you need to change your comment because it’s not about the break up. It’s about the child that she was forced to give up and the music video screen that especially the part when she’s in the bathtub and there’s blood because she says in the book that she was Made to do at home abortion which if you know there’s a lot of blood and she says that you seem to move on easy that’s because she could physically feel the baby dying and it’s so sad

    • @madfairy
      @madfairy Před měsícem

      @@3mbracingautism this comment was made way before her book, it is known the ending was changed due to backslash aka people thinking she was promoting suicide. I read her book, where does she explaining that the meaning of the scene?

    She was so young and nieve like all of us in our very early 20s. I've always liked Britney. Always seemed to have a good soul. Justin took advantage of her. NEVER liked Justin from day one. There was just something fake, sneaky about him. Twenty years later, I can tell all my friends, "See, I told you so."

    Thank you so much for doing this reaction. This video is really telling of what she has been going through around her career. The most beuatiful thing is depicted in the cycle of life that Britney portraits in this video.

  • @3mbracingautism
    @3mbracingautism Před měsícem

    OK, so I’m surprised nobody has commented this, but this song is actually about the baby that she was forced to give up by Justin she didn’t want to, but he forced her to do it. She said if it would’ve been completely up to her, she would not have done it, but this song is a song to basically say that she’s sorry to the baby.

    Lewis Capaldi sings a cover of this song (Everytime) that is definitely worth hearing! He nails it, in his Lewis way!!! It's Awesome!!
    I feel so bad for what Britney has been through in her life. I cannot even imagine. Justin Timberlake surely didn't help either!! I did not like him, at all, still don't. She literally had no one to trust or to turn to, in her life, without them having ulterior motives or an agenda.
