Two of my favorite teachers together!! I remember when I finished Rosemary's class, in her final words to me she asked if I had ever heard of Matthew and that she thought I would love his teachings! I was already half way through his beautiful book The Book of Herbal Wisdom! Lol I love that he trusts his heart and intuition above his knowledge! The herbs truly speak to him!! OMG my beginning journey into herbalism also started with a copy of a Carlos Castenada book handed to me by a 'character' i met while living in a trailer park! it changed everything

Thank you! I’m really wondering about the milk thistle seeds. Aren’t the seeds very hard? How was Mathew able to treat his friend Susan with mushroom poisoning with hard seeds? Was she able to chew them?
"All I had was a quarter ounce of Milk Thistle seeds. She tried her best to chew it" p. 451 in Matthew's Book of Herbal Wisdom. This is a phenomenal book, so well written and chock-full of in-depth knowledge. A life changer for me.

Does anyone have any advice these days and the future what careers won't lead to poverty or really close to if you want to work with plants? I hear often Botany doesn't pay and many herbal schools aren't considered accredited I don't have to be 100% medicinal but muds been looking muddy for now on what specific education to get I don't want to do serious physical labor for a job all the time...
