Small advice: If you already decided to remove the hands, consider replacing the 7S26 with a NH36. They cost from around 25$ and you'll have THE complete modded watch. 🙏💪

Great idea to mass produce an individual watch like this! You are a smart business man. The lume on those hands is a little underwhelming. That just shows how good the stock Seiko is.

For someone who is a huge fan of SNAF83PC and the original one from the 90s, this color combo is pretty awesome!!!! I agree with someone here, not really digging the blue hands though...

I realLy like the blue bezel against the orange dial but that ever so slightly mismatched blue on the hands is just not doing it for me.

Marc, it's a great looking watch but the lume on the hands just doesn't match the rest of the watch. It's a shame as I like their look otherwise. Additionally, it really needs an NH36 movement. That price for a 7S26 just doesn't add up...

Wow! That's freaking amazing how the blue surround on the indices on the dial pops with the Blue Bezel and the blue hands. Amazing!
It would be marvelous if you made a Islander explorer watch, with a case around 40 mm and applied markers with hand winding and hacking, a date and no date, yes it would be a Rolex Explorer homage version... I would buy it immediately. Congratulations for the SKS Islander!!!

Orange/Blue? Yech. Plenty of other combos would be infinitely preferable to this one - in fact my own unmodded SKX011J1 with its Super Jubilee addition - no way would I swap it for this badly judged clown-watch!
